Prepare a dice cup, a mix of dice from different manufacturers (to avoid a defect in one line of dice changing the results), a flat surface, and a roll of quarters, and a friend/hobo you paid.
Perform the magic. Split the roll of quarters, each getting half.
Roll die. Let the other guy roll die. The guy that rolled higher gets a quarter from the loser. Record results if you like, or just check how many quarters each person has.
Do enough rolls, you'll see a statistically significant result. Assuming you can into both magic and statistics.
