It takes work to get something meaningful from it. If you do npc things in the spirit world its not much different than doing npc things in the physical world.

There are 4 possible reasons to have a supernatural experiences:
1. You're a psychic. In that case you will get more of it than you would like to have, already in your childhood you will have to deal with ghosts and magic around you, and the others will probably not believe you.
2. You're a normie but manage to get into some real occult stuff, maybe through joining a ritual or get an haunted object. The supernatural stuff will probably pretty negative, and you will constantly ask yourself if you're going crazy or what.
3. Some supernatural force, like a deity or cosmic force, chooses you to do something of importance. Then you will get mysterious powers and a mission. You usually can't say no in that case.
4. You train hard in metaphysical traditions, like Tantra, and develop your own powers. In that case you can do with it what you want.
I think mine was more of 2 and 3. Picrel plus many strange things happened to me in the year or two after. What you think?
