Manifesting is completely real. Whether its real in a paranormal sense remains to be seen, but the power of the minds persuasion over itself is undeniable if you use it to improve things about yourself.

I think you might be using manifestation to describe plain old motivation and work. To truly manifest something in the supernatural sense is to visualise what you want, then that thing comes to you without having to do any work. If you visualise something then work towards it and attain it that's not supernatural, instead it's totally natural
I dont see how what you described cant be explained in the natural. You are visualizing a goal, and thus creating the framework for your brain to achieve that goal. This obviously doesnt account for manifesting something out of your control like manifesting a new car to be gifted to you from a long lost relative, but ive yet to see that level of manifestation work on a personal level.
Astral projection is real, but its greatly exagerated by dumb npc and shills. You just slowly feel an "image" of yourself rising above your material self, then enter a trance where your mind go kind of crazy thinking you're dieing so it stimulate your sensory input to verify that you're actually dead and not just unconcious or whatever else.
