Also wanted to point out the Lonnie Zamora case or Socorro ufo sighting where a literal police chief saw a ufo with the symbol pictured and was harassed by the US government. it is known as the one most credible cases of ufos but I a theory that makes more sense and many suspect was that it just glowies larping and were caught in the act.

The Zamora case is one of the better UFO cases. There are possible explanations for it, but they are not hugely compelling. Of course, even police officers can lie about shit, so who knows.

That one does not impress me. Instances of school kids buying into mass delusions are just too fricking common. (especially girls, can't recall now if it was a girl's school, or if girls were the primary witnesses, or whether none of that is right) .

I'm still trying to work out whether the new information that has come to light is genuine or someone trying to build up a hoax around an existing case, but supposedly there were outside school witnesses, including a pilot who saw the craft and ATC who tracked it with radar.

The wow signal could have been literally anything. It could have been a naturally occurring signal from a star or whatever. It could have been something earth-based, or a satellite. I don't think any explanation was ever ruled out.

Agreed. There was also a claim of college-student hoaxers, or Z. having some mental-fart that re-wrote a car stuck off the road as Ayys around a ship. My favorite:tests of the moon probe "Surveyer" supposedly being conducted on a nearby test range, including toting the mock-up lander around by helicopter. Not sure how that gets mistaken for what Z. saw, but it WOULD potentially leave footpad marks -- which is one reason I'd be interested in finding that chart of those marks.
