So I'm writing an article on satanic panic. Probably a boring topic for America, but kinda unexplored where I'm from.
Internet is full of articles by fact checkers and Newsweek proofreaders how this never happened and everything proven false and I read about "Michelle remembers", Ramirez and MacMartin case.
But are there any shady stories that make you go hmmmm and doubt the official version? Like stories that give the panic some ground? You know like with all the weird little details about Epstein, Pizzagate and the like?

Devon Stack did a couple deep dives on his Saturday night streams about the satanic panic and how the media tries to say it was made up hysteria even though thats a straight up lie. Ill link a few of his streams here. Another good one to look into is the Finders Cult, Mc Martin Pre-School and The Franklin Scandal/Johnny Gosch Kidnapping and cover up. The 2nd link is about basically the origins of what the song Hotel California is about, run by a weird cult masked as some spirtual research shit where they openly talked about trying to open up portals to hell and experimented with methods for demonic possession. Within a decade of opening they had centers all over the country in just about every state.. 3rd link is about the Son of Sam murders, the credible connections that his neighbor and his sons were involved were involved in a satanic cult on Long Island and there were reports of ceremonies going on and sacrifices of dogs and goats.

Franklin Scandal/Gosch is the most credible, finders is tenuous (there was some weird play they did with a goat, some new age recruit did it according to ex-finders), mc martin is even more tenuous (only satanic thing they found was a goetic scribble on a plate).
