First of all, 'NO' is the most statistically likely answer from your bullshit machine since you're generating numbers from 1 to 100 and adding them together. The result of this is going to be below 100 more than 90% of the time. A 'NO' is generated if there are less 1s than 0s when the resulting number is converted to binary, and when you're working in that range, that's going to be true most of the time.
Plus, you're sampling it multiple times in one go in the aggregation function, compounding this statistical effect. Basically meaning you'll get the answer 'NO' every fricking time.
