Your identity begins with a name. This is something your parents argued over. They asked their friends and family for suggestions. Simply begin by treating everyone you encounter with the same Love that you would have for a family member. You will spiral upwards.

Just accept everyone and also don't forget also accepting yourself, accept what happens at any moment, accept any event, treat them all with passion and kindness.
This will calm you down.
Then begin by grounding yourself in meditation, don't try to fight your mind, just be with it and become grounded in your body while your mind keeps on thinking.
After some time you will be ready for greater things.
How do I stop the thoughts / word phrase garble?
Better not think about it because that's like throwing more fire into the fire.
Focus on being/on feeling.
Soon they will become background noise which you will be ignoring without even realizing it.
How? Saying focus on x is easy. How. I just think it?
Focus on the feeling of your body for a start.
Or on your breathing, how your belly expands.
Just watch it, feel it, dive into your body here and now.
Your mind will want to analyze and "make sense" from everything, it will want to "set goals" e.t.c.
Don't try to reason with it, or stop it or anything.
Just feel your belly, your perineum/whatever.
After some time your mind will go nuts, it will start saying that this is all nonsense and it's not going to get you anywhere, it will even tell you that not thinking is bad because you may "miss what's going on if you don't analyze!", it may even make you feel fear that you may "lose your mind" heh!
Be silent and still in darkness, feel yourself sitting.
