I think when he said "I don't like them putting chemicals in the water that turns the fricken frogs gay" he was being somewhat exaggerative for entertainment purposes. which he has admitted to doing before. the chemical he's referring to in this clip is Atrazine, a chemical that we use on crops. in a lot of areas this chemical gets into the water. this has been shown in multiple studies to cause, among other things, cancer and in the case of frogs an increase in feminine hormones in males. The frog populations where this happened then saw a large drop off in the frog population because the male frogs where trying to mate with other male frogs thinking they were females.

Then why are they not doing it out in the open? Maybe because the law does not work that way, and there would be a huge legal hooraw over WHICH set of rights they had, or maybe it is both, and the idea that the legal situation would be simplified by making hybrids is a really dumb idea?
Besides which, it wouldn't work. Transplanting organs is already hard enough, finding a close enough match between the donor and recipient's DNA so that the organ won't be rejected. Adding a bunch of non-human genes to the mix would produce organs less able to be used in transplants at all. If there really is a big huge hidden conspiracy dumb enough to be plotting to transplant organs that will be rejected into each other, we don't have to worry about it as it will kill itself off pretty quickly.
