I want to create a cult based on bringing together all the ideas I believe in and I want to be seen as a spiritual leader.

>What should I behave?
>How do I structure a cult?
>How do I establish this power?
>How do I create rituals for my followers?
etc..

A cult is not an easy thing to even spell as something you wanna make, You think cult Leaders easily rose to fame or easily establish a cult ? No, Cult Leaders are actually insanely skilled in conversation and already have experience in that domain, they're good extroverts, They make people feel safe and they have this aura of hope and trust. People yearn for those auras in anybody... To establish such a cult also you need force, For introverts we don't know people therefore how to obtain such thing ? It's impossible.

But to be a cult leader in this age it's very impossible, A traditional cult as there was always is a religious one, Most cults are just religion or freedom beliefs with one leader, but in this age everyone is aware of what's happening even the normies but they don't know themselves so it's easy to trick them in this new domain (social media) but you need new material that's why
That's why is right, Such thing can't work in the modern day, It only Works in remote areas or India-like countries.

Not as effective as the cults that are famous Also it depends on the context which the op is talking about whether it be to establish a cult for his own pleasure or to establish it to prove a point or start a revolt against society. Cults must have an effective touch on society or even just have many members to even be a cult, even Charles Manson had only 100 people in his cult and they didn't do that much damage but honestly even 100 regardless of the number is still insanely huge since all members were insanely obssessed with Charlie.
Point is yes Cults exist but do they just exist to exist or they exist for a reason, If they exist then they only exist to benefit the leader but if they hold an ulterior motive then that existance exists truly.

But still as i mentioned one must be insanely skilled in conversation and already have a background for being a manipulator in childhood as their actions are already seen to be done unconsciously, Still i believe one can be if he gathered knowledge and had an ulterior motive that doesn't hinder his movements.

If you were an actual spiritual leader, you wouldn't need to be seen as one. You're a clout chaser. Just shitpost on TikTok or something.

Just focus on your spiritual development without trying to gain a leadership role. If God wants you make you a leader, he will. To act otherwise is to be an enemy of true spirituality.

The best way to do this is through theater, or other devices of its kind. Surround yourself with luxury, dazzle your followers with visual splendor, fill their eyes with spectacle. Not only will this keep them from seeing the ridiculousness of your ideas, the holes in your belief system, it will also at- tract more attention, more followers. Appeal to all the senses: Use incense for scent, soothing music for hearing, colorful charts and graphs for the eye. You might even tickle the mind, perhaps by using new technological ," gadgets to give your cult a pseudo-scientific veneer-as long as you do not make anyone really think. Use the exotic distant cultures, strange cus- toms-to create theatrical effects, and to make the most banal and ordinary affairs seem signs of something extraordinary.

You just write a book about your beliefs and then start your own church and then speak to the attendees like you know what you're talking about. Some people will believe anything without any evidence. Most people on /x/ believe anything without any evidence so long as its in a book or a video or even just a screenshot of someone claiming random stuff

    >You should try your best to behave as a charismatic trustworthy person with secret knowledge of something be it the occult or god or whatever else.
    >Depends on what you are going for but good rule of thumb is to have all authority rest on you first and foremost but this only works if you can keep such authority so work on how to behave.
    >Establish this power by building relationships with people and then showering sprinkles of your secret knowledge from time to time preferably in a way which seems like it helps them.
    >Creating rituals highly depends on your secret knowledge and what your followers will tolerate .

Temperance is a must for the light and not to get overly religious or anything but from a spiritual domain only purifiers can be stars.

To be successful at this, you need to actually be a genuine spiritual seeker, but found a cult before you get far enough to stop being so full of your own shit, and then just get so deep into the drama of managing your image and followers that you know longer feel you can make a clean break to continue your own journey. You need to at least 80–90% believe all the stuff you tell other people and come up with. Also, if you don't normally make the first percentile in cognitive performance tests, it's not going to go well.

I would study the current New Age trends and Alien cult trends, then become a "channeler" and repeat all the shit people already believe back to them. Then be very permissive with sex. People are looking for any excuse.

If you say the Aliens came down, the blonde's or something, came down and gave you a message to the world and a way of living, you will get followers.

But you do have to have the karma for it. Not anyone can just be worshiped. Most cult leaders were born to fill such roles.

If you want to start a religion, then build on what already exists and add little touches of your own. You don't mean cult as in what a cult actually is, which would be a manipulative group. Cults basically have to be started by someone who really wants to control people. Small minority religions don't fit that standard. good luck either way.

Well to be a cult leader you need the look and the stance

The rituals derive from the look the morals and teachings from the stance

I founded one but I'm pretty charismatic. It started online and I used the online followers to establish some kind of authority IRL then stopped messing around online and started focusing on IRL.

Basically you want to be studied/educated enough in the praxis you're adopting or drawing influence from to be able to skillfully dominate conversation and assume authority. This is hard to keep up online because internet dweebs are usually more intelligent than IRL normals. So you lean on a confidence that IRL people are going to be less likely to call you out because a) most people are scared of irl confrontation and b) it's harder to fact check you in the moment

You do have to keep up some kind of spiritual practice though, atleast meditation because that's going to make you more calm and relaxed which is perceived by normals as "spiritual guru".

"Have you heard the phrase 'If you build it, they will come'?"

Modern cults are typically political groups, and I'm not saying this in a "DURRRRR DA LIBRULS/CHYUDS ARE A CULT" fashion, it's just the format.
Cults, in the contemporary sense of these weird small-scale groups centralized around obscure dogma and a leading figure typically worked in this format:
    >Find disenfranchised people
    >Build up rapport and trust with them - community outreach events, soup kitchens, whatever the frick you want, and communicate with your initial targets
    >Point out they are a victim of Problem™
    >Reveal "Solution™" (A disenfranchised enough person will take any port in a storm so you can come up with whatever you want here)
    >Explain requirements to achieve Solution™ and counteract Problem™
    >Display "evidence" of Solution™ (If you've built up an appropriate level of trust, this can be damn near anything) if they are doubtful
    >If further doubt is made, begin subtly accusing them of becoming an agent of or being corrupted by Problem™, and threaten to ostracize them if they keep showing signs of Problem™
    >If already built up enough rapport with them, they will be desperate to not be removed from the group and will act towards Solution™
    >Solution™ will typically require acquiring funds, engaging in rituals, doing favors, and recruiting more followers
    >Exacerbate on and produce more bullshit to justify longer and longer distance to Solution™
    >Slow boil them on the crazy until they're too gaslit to know what's right, make sure to isolate them from anyone who may not be easy prey to your bullshit, tell them that their non-cult peers are part of Problem™ and must be cut out from their lives
You can see this with plenty of political groups these days and far less with religious ones - simply because politics is the new religion. So follow those steps and take a political angle with it. The best angle is determinable by the demographs of your region, and you should typically be able to align with that demograph somehow.

Another one of these "how to become a cult leader" posts. If you can't figure it out yourself naturally you're doomed, it means you don't possess the necessary qualities, it's not about learning, and much less from a schizo board.
