thats exactly how i feel... my whole life... it causes people to either have extreme resentment towards me (they want what i have), or extreme love towards me (they respect what i have), even when they act 'indifferent' its always just a mask. but its rooted in either extreme love or extreme hate. I was just born like this, is it my deep set eyes? I do not know. I was born like this, my astral bodies sure know, but i myself, do not know. People i do not even know would come up to me, or walk by me, just to say hello. It's something to do with respect. And i've met other people who were like this aswell, just by staring at these people you can literally see that they're full of life. The diversity of enlightenment means you cannot just spot one, unless you hold a label as the highest form of state of being you can achieve. Then you just ponder if you really are enlightened when you seem to understand as much as your labels masters, unless you pick an adversary to belittle and then you can proclaim you are the greater wisdom.
Herd mentality is not a good indicator of enlightenment, despite what so-called wise folks would have you believe. Also expecting that love has something to do with it will limit your progress. There are no 'enlightened' beings. if it exists it's not enlightened. Not even nirmanakaya's are enlightened. Hell not even god is enlightened. God has a lot of karma and wants things. God wants devotion and certain deeds and praises. think about that. not even nirmanakayas AKA bodhisattvas are enlightened they had a desire to stay for one reason or another.
Enlightenment isn't an attainment either. There is no holy, definitive way to look at the world. There are heightened and altered states of consciousness. There's people who's third eye's are very opened but that isn't enlightenment. It's just dabbling in stuff that you aren't supposed to be dabbling in because it'll disrupt your life. And no not in a good way. I mean in you not waking up by the alarm because you were too relaxed or you attracting too many people AKA liabilities into your life who are enamored by you. Or you losing any ambition because you see it's stupid. You won't be able to function properly. theres a reason why all big meditor guys are all out of shape and old and living in a religious institutions. It's because thats literally the only safe place to do it and pretty much the only time in your life where you'll have the resources to do it unless your whole life revolves around it i.e you are a monk.
