I don't know if that's entirely accurate. Sex spirits (like an incubus or succubus) are very sexual yes, but they don't really steal energy. They're just really good at absorbing the sexual energy which is released naturally during sex. And making sex more pleasurable, amongst other things. They are good at tantric sex, and sex magic, essentially.
What you are referring to is an energy vampire, and that's a different topic. Though I guess you could combine the two and be a sexual energy vampire, if you want. Not a good idea in my opinion.

In any case, if you want to become something like an incubus, do a transformation ritual. It will change your energy body, but not physically. It will also change the way you think, and how people perceive you. and give you a boost at certain types of magic (in this case, sexual energy).
To do that, contact a relevant spirit (like a god, like asmodeus or perhaps lilith, maybe aphrodite or eros/adonis if you want to go the greek route) and ask for their help in this matter. That's the best way to get started as a beginner. Or you can do it yourself, if you already know how.

If you are getting info from a source, which says succubi (or incubi) are exclusively negative, then you are reading a very biased source. Most of them are positive, though there are some bad ones.
I've read many reports of people who have succubus girlfriends, and they don't feel exhausted at all.
