shrouded hand was pretty good in the past, ive kind of stopped looking at spoopy youtube videos so i dont know if hes still good or not

I like him but I'm burnt out on true crime after hearing almost all of it. It's just really bleak and depressing to read about people being tortured in weird ways.

        Anonymous

I also skip the true crime ones because it's so bleak. Maybe in a positive happy world it would be a nice to watch such video's but with the onslaught of negativity everywhere you look it's unbearable to consume more of it.

It's weird that Shrouded Hand is so appealing. It's just an unremarkable guy talking over basic video collages. Maybe he stands out because there is so little decent competition.

These threads come up frequently, so there's definitely a decent amount of money to be made if you can make quality content in this niche.

If I was younger and hadn't heard the stories before I think I'd probably be more interested but yeah. I think shrouded hand also has a decent sense of humor but doesn't go as far as making everything into a joke. He also talks about dreams and trips as well as the paranormal so I think that adds to it. Most "scary" youtubers have kind of a weird christian perspective where they're like "this ghost is extra scary because it moved a cross upside down!"

Shrouded also has videos like The Infinite Toilet Dimension which hit the right notes of strange and genuinely fascinating.

Obviously Nightmind is the best as long as you ignore the fact that everything he discusses is fiction

Rusty West does a lot of strange disappearances and high strangeness stuff. Some of the stories really stuck with me like one person who lived in a fairly remote area had something skulking around the property that would do very strange evil acts like he heard a commotion and found some of his chickens buried upside down (head buried under ground with the body sticking out)

    The Paranormal Scholar

Bob Gymlan (no not the guy who made the bigfoot video, but a bigfoot channel)

    Beyond Creepy

This is the best video on Ouji Boards I've ever seen that The Paranormal Scholar just uploaded a bit ago.

        Anonymous

I'm a few minutes in. If she previously believed that people could have moved the board unconsciously, then why didn't that explanation also work for her new experience???

          Anonymous

The video shows the planchet moving on the board in ways that obviously are significantly more movement then someone trying to slightly move the object without being noticed. And I find the Paranormal Scholar to be a trustworthy skeptic. The clips are convincing

            Anonymous

The idea isn't that someone is consciously trying to move the board undetected. Expectations from the group about where the planchet will move will unconsciously activate muscles that slightly moves it. When you have a lot of people with the same expectations, it's enough force to move it. (Notice it didn't work when it was just two of them). Once it gets going, it snowballs and moves faster because by trying to keep up their fingers with it they boost it to go even faster. It all happens without them realizing.

            This video explains it well.

      Anonymous

      This is the correct answer.

Gymlan has the best Bigfoot videos around imo. Doesn't post but once a month but when he does post, you usually get a great researched video clocking in around 45 minutes.

Paranormal scholar always has dope long form vids and love that soothing voice.

Beyond creepy has been my go to for years. If you want info on encounters you most likely have never heard of, you need to check him out. Always has great videos on encounters I have never heard of and I've been into this shit for way too long to say.

Lastly, if you like BC, you should check out From the Fringe. Similar to BC in everyday but I don't think I have ever seen his stuff recommended in these threads.

guy who wrote the comment you're responding too. I'm kinda weirded out. Your comment is written almost identically to how I write comments down to the mannerisms. If someone made an AI try to emulate my commenting your comment would be a perfect example of it. I can't explain it, it just seems so eerily close to me.

I've never heard of From the Fringe though, thanks.

Frick it, I don't even care if the feds get me. Did anyone else see the shack vids? I feel like not many other people have talked about it so I really hope I didn't imagine it in a nightmare or something. Anyways, the first video started with a man wearing a weird mask over his face who I can only assume is Ryan and 2 (maybe 3) of his friends all outside a shack. One of them starts laughing and then says "go". The masked figure (Again, definitely Ryan from his voice). Screamed "I'm Home!" and kicked down the shack door. You could hear muffled screams and whimpers of some animals. As the camera showed the interior of the shack, it was lined wall to fricking wall with kidnapped women, men, children and a few animals. Some dead, some alive. The video was about 12-14 minutes long and consisted of him cutting off body parts from some victims (mainly fingers, toes, ears) and force-feeding it to other captives. To finish it off, there was some bodies in the closet that he skinned that he showed off. Disgusting shit.

The second tape was very short, but twice as disturbing. It showed a gigantic pile of bodies (likely the ones from before) in a field. Many of the bodies were mutilated. He jerked off on top of the pile and then lit it on fire. There were still some screams from the pile. I just remember, in his voice, whispering into the camera saying clear as day, "All that hard work, it was worth it."

        >a "shack"
        >kicks door down (lol)
        >a shack being big enough to be "lined wall to wall" with multiple bodies
        >shack also big enough to have a pile of bodies (did he use a step ladder to jack off on them?)
Just some unimaginative probably underageb& trying to sound edgy

I got a seriously strong whiff of Deja Vu from that post, I have an inkling it is a verbatim repeat of another that's likely years old at this point. If the archives don't pop the copy/pasta source I would be shocked.

I even recall the post seemed less left-field/schizo originally as the others were discussing shadowbanned YouTube streams and spooky youtuber conspiracies and the like.

    >MrBallen - stopped doing paranormal

It wasn't even that that made me unsubscribe. It was when he went from
    >We upload 3, 4, even 5 times, every week
Then when it got more popular it was
    >We upload 3 or 4 times every week
Then when it got more popular it was
    >We upload 2 or 3 times every week
Then when it got more popular it was
    >We upload once or twice a week
    Now it's
    >We upload once a week
And all of the videos are crammed with adverts.
At least Bedtime Stories only does once a month or so and they do things that not everyone covers.

For general true crime that focuses on either disappearances or unsolved murders then I can't recommend Dark Enigma enough. He only has about 4000 subscribers and most of his videos don't get a that many views I don't think, but he does a lot of Bong cases that are quite obscure. Really, really, good channel for what he covers.
There's also The Missing Enigma that does more 411 kind of stuff. He uploads sporadically though.

For your general spooky type Nuke videos then Bizarre Bub isn't too bad. I've seen him cover stuff and then Nuke cover it afterwards too.
