There is a quiet girl in class that I have been being nice to, and we sort of adopted each other into being friends. It started when she got me smoking weed and we ended up making out, and even escalated into us committing crimes together (shoplifting from a clothes store). All this was her idea.
I'm a good girl and would never do this, but I find her very persuasive, in a way that it's hard to say no. She comes from a single mother household. Apparently she has a mental illness called schizoid personality disorder.
Lately, she has started copying me in every way. Finishing all my sentences. Liking all my statuses as they come online within minutes. Buying the same clothes that I wear, and watching all of the same shows. It is getting downright eerie, and I heard from another one of her friends that she is trying to steal my personality because that is step one of performing a body swap on me. Step two is to do hypnosis and get me under the spell of psychedelic drugs.
It is frightening because she has been pushing both things on me and I know that she is a practicing witch. She keeps on telling me that she knows that I will leave her like all the other girls do and she hopes I never leave her. This makes it harder to cut off contact with her. This weekend, she has also asked me to invite other girls over for a seance witchcraft event, and I feel pressured vouching for her with my other friends. I fear she is drawing them into a trap of demonic possession and planning to do a body swap ritual with me to take over my body. She already stole all my clothes, my friends, and I feel like I am under her control in a twisted way.
I feel like I am being punished for doing the right thing, befriending a lonely outcast girl who happens to be an actual practicing witch. I'm terrified that the words she is saying aren't actually words, I'm terrified she is going to take my place.
