    There is no "paranormal" method, you want instant results that you simply are too impatient for. I sometimes struggle with the same thing, asking for "cheat codes" to life simply doesn't work. The anons in this thread gave some good pointers and if I may add. Reserve at least one full hour a day for doing absolutely nothing. No internet, no tech, just you, either outside or in a physical place that you find comfortable and just daydream or think about things you like.

    Turn off all devices. Spend the next month not using any devices except work related. In the free time you now have you must touch some grass. Go to a park, get some fresh air. Get off all drugs (no caffeine, nicotine, booze, reefer, etc.) and stop jerking off. Meditate in the park. It won’t be very spiritual but play a mind game with yourself: first stay incredibly focused on an image as long as you can. Then focus on a clock and stay concentrated on it and count every second for as long as you can. Pick up a book and try to read the print for as long as you can - write a summary of what happened on each page you read. Count the time you can stay concentrated and document it. See if you can concentrate longer and longer over time. Do this practice for a year and the world will be your oyster.

    try open awareness meditation. cling to open awareness, when something concrete or specific comes to your mind, reject it, dont simp for it, go back to open awareness. you are successful when nothing can pull you from open awareness.
    great thing about it is - you can practice it everywhere. are you waiting in a queue which is gonna take 15m for your turn? open awareness practice.
    do you have to wait 1 min somewhere for something? open awareness practice.
    are you about to fall asleep in bed? open awareness practice (although be careful here, if you succeed, you will enter the dream/astral world consciously)
