sounds awesome anon, it's just a fricking shame I can't find the time to consistently go to the gym and meditate because I'm a dirty wagie slave.

currently I work out only twice a week on my off days and meditate around 20-30 minutes every day and it feels good, but I feel like if I could dedicate more time to this lifestyle I'd be a god.

These are wise words but may not work 100% all the time. Mental illness is usually called by spirits/entities, if you have one that constantly makes you feel bad about your body image or uses your body image to manipulate you and others or tries to make you feel bad as though you cannot accomplish anything or is going to ride you hard for having a v-card then yes you can chase away bad spirits that cause mental illness with exercise. Furthermore you will likely attract talented helper spirits as you have a desirable body type which makes getting what you and the helper wants more easily. Extreme exercise can help most! Don't forget that muscle gain is from diet, the exercise just tells the protein where to go.

regular exercise is one of the top things that helps mental health across the board, its good advice. one could argue it merely helps stabilize our body into a rhythm closer to what our bodies evolved to expect. (regular activity not sitting in a fricking chair)

Most mental illnesses are caused by bad spirits. I would find a trustworthy shaman who is not being manipulated to serving the israelites. Your PTSD is different story. Be patient, we can both unlearn the untruths we learned. PTSD is natural, the thing that causes it isn't.

Can people just hex these individuals so they figure out they are wrong? I don't even think it would be net negative as they sow negativity, but I may be wrong.

It's not PTSD that has changed you, it's that you've done what was right for you over the last few decades. Another 20 years won't change that. More exercise and sport in the fresh air, preferably where you meet other people, a healthy diet and, above all, less EerieWeb.

I was told in some thread, that people with mental problems could be because problems in celestial body (I don't know what was the right word), but they were speaking of the chakra body , maybe in sense of chakra nodes or aura itself.

Problem is, I have no clue how to energy heal myself, and it seems hard to find a practioner "worth their salt" who knows what they're doing, and whom can diagnose without me spelling them "what's wrong with me" (since they should be able to diagnore it themself, without my input), it's problematic because I'm not too sure myself, but I think a skilled practioner would be able to tell.

Immersion. If you are scared of being in public or interacting with people, then you must do both. I went from being an extreme introvert to a Chad extrovert in this manner.

The problems in life which cause you woe are there to be confronted directly. No one can help you but you.

I've been studying some stuff at a dorm setting for almost 3 years now, but i constantly seclude myself still, without seeing much progress. before this study, i had done 5-6 years of psychotherapy with 2 different therapists. And I also did SSRI and SNRI couple of years (Venlafaxine I think was last one I did). I don't know why but I feel like nothing seems to help.

I need an /x/ solution. Am I being gatekept by some entities? Is my chakra body / aura body getting attacked, my overflowing energy harvested (preventing nodes from healing)? Is it lack of physical exercise (since I don't like going outside and get nervousness if I leave room or home)?

    Anecdote here:

I am not a catholic or even a christgay in any way, but I do believe there's some power behind deified ancestors and the sort.

I bought a small silver medal of St. Dymphna of Geers, the patron saint of the mentally crazy, that was touched to her saintly magic bone they have. I bought three actually. Wore them on a silver chain. I didn't FEEL a significant change, and I was also attending therapy at the time, but I thought this was interesting.

First silver amulet turned almost tar-black within a week or so. Switched it for a fresh one, started going grey over the course of a few months, and stopped at sort of ashy-smoky grey. Switched for a freshie, has remained perfect silver since.

Like I said, I don't think it can be fully attributed to the amulet, but that was the reaction. I was also in therapy, so perhaps the staining was more of a "reading" than it "absorbing" my bad juju.

        >that was touched to her saintly magic bone they have

The church says it's a third-order relic, meaning it has touched physically a first-order relic, which is a supposed part of her bone from her grave.

OP are you still here? Do what I did to get over my social anxiety. Go somewhere far from where you live, like 2-3 cities away so no one recognizes you. Then walk around in an area you know there will be people around and just greet random old people. A simple good morning/day/evening/whatever. Start with old people because they're the least bit intimidating. After a while when you've grown comfortable with this, try to ask them a simple question
    >good day, isn't it?
    >this weather is something else, huh?
simple stuff like that. Then, when you get comfortable with that, try it with people your age. You need to get over the fear of ridicule and rejection.

I know what PTSD is but what is c-PTSD? I've had PTSD and it's possible to overcome it but that's something you'll need to work out on your own. Funnily enough I'm not even socially awkward anymore and can strike up a conversation with anyone if I wanted to but I still prefer being in my room and shit posting here.

It's not for the faint of hearts, but here is my usual solution

Personalize it (or part/scene of it) trough meditation and then kill it untill it submits itself to you.
Don't try to drown it. Either blend it, or use use fire, but just basically go ape-mode on it.
If it overwhelms you either by power or numbers, put it/them into a cube and blend/incerenate it/them. If they get out of the box make a bigger box around it.
The point is to seperate you from it

After it's submission you have a few option:
-You can finish it and bury it
-You can cannibalize it (most difficult)
-Work out a peaceful solution. If you choose this, except the need to beat it into submission a few more times in the process.

Not "get rid of" per se, but transform into contented quietness instead:
    >take psychedelics
That's it. You'll obviously have to take enough to experience a really bad trip, and I mean BAD, but once you do that, all you have to do is survive through the hell and there's a damn good chance you'll get over your social anxiety.

For me, I had to face a death laser (AFTER going through the rest of hell) that wanted me to say something. I said I didn't know what to say, laser kicked off, reality kicked in, I spent about a day being effectively mute and after that I really don't care so much. Sure, being around people I don't know in vaguely social situations CAN make me anxious, but most of the time I have the ability to sorta zone out turn off my brain and just watch paint dry. And I don't spend all my time hanging out with friends thinking about how I'm barely talking.

Not without its risks and all, but if you don't mind becoming a little more moronic (you're on /x/ asking for answers, of course you don't), it's A way to go.

oh and also forgot it'll probably also give you new triggers and new traumas for your ptsd, and potentially hppd. But hey, after long enough it only really effects you when the right chemicals hit (ie, for me, only when I'm about to pass out or take psychoactive drugs).

No they don't. Most of the struggles of the normies seem superficial at best. "How can I maximize the appearance of my perceived social" or other silly things like that. Even the odd people I've encountered, social anxiety, hardness of leaving the room or going to a big city, using public transportation, none of those seem to be a problem for anyone else, litetally.

Perceived social standing* , because spending time in this school has taught me the brutal reality of the halo effect. It's not so much the message that matters, but the messenger. That's why politicians get away with everything, because pay too much attention to their charisma, and not nearly enough on the words they are saying.

        Anonymous

homie, your struggles are superficial. You probably already know what to do and you're procrastinating. I work a real job, I have days where I sit around and don't talk to anybody. My solution? Grab a book and read or listen to music. Not only do people not give shit they might spark a conversation about your hobbies. Having awkward moments is a part of life and it happens to all of us.

This whole thread is low IQ windowdressing. Here's a pearl before you swine: we're socially anxious because we depent on others to get our physical and psychological needs met. If we didn't need anything from anyone at all we wouldn't be socially anxious.

      Anonymous

      >we're socially anxious because we depent on others to get our physical and psychological needs met
that's not answering the question. most of normies, or people with no deviancies at all, don't have this problem. Sure, they might be "anxious" a little bit, but it's not a "disorder" for them. Social anxiety is disorder for those, whom FAIL to get their needs met. You don't probably agree, but to me anyone who can study at a school with information flowing to their head freely, without constraints, without the stress of other people around you, being able to maintain job, being able to move in cities without worrying what other people might think of you, that means you don't suffer from social anxiety.

My whole point of the thread is, if I suffer from all that, is there /x/ way to get rid of it?

        Anonymous

The point is: if you see that suffering social anxiety is part of your nature, in particular the unfavorable way people react to you specifically, and you clearly see that you can't get rid of it, because that's how your body and mind naturally react to how others treat you and because you still need these others for work, food and shelter, if you truly see that's how it is and there's nothing you can do about it, then you can stop struggling against fate and relax.

Maybe people will let you know that you're dumb, ugly and incompetent. The body and mind will not like that but so what? If you play an RPG game with an avatar who's disliked by everyone like some poor smelly pig monster then you can still have fun playing the game on this higher difficulty setting.

          >Maybe people will let you know that you're dumb, ugly and incompetent. The body and mind will not like that but so what? If you play an RPG game with an avatar who's disliked by everyone like some poor smelly pig monster then you can still have fun playing the game on this higher difficulty setting.
But what if I don't want to be what society perceive me as? Just because they have some (false) view of me, doesn't necissarily mean it's a true one. I'm tired of this game of halos and perceived social hierarchy.

OP ultimately you're just going to have to bite the bullet so to speak and force these challenges out of you. You can't magically wish it away, you're going to have to put forth the genuine effort to confront and overcome these challenges in your life through dedicated action and determination. I know this isn't what you want to hear but it's the truth.

This entire thread, people have been calling lazy, for not doing something for something I've had little over two decades now l. But it doesn't seem to occur to any anons, that maybe I'm depleted of some resource? Maybe that's what's holding me back, why I have great struggle learning new things. Some kind of energy is what I'm missing I'm sure of it

I say that as someone who would have mild panic attacks when I was younger simply for just standing next to a girl I found attractive. I say that as someone who has suffered from PTSD and social anxiety.

Check out Mingyur Rinpoche's advice on yt, he's a decent meditator with experience with anxiety (panic attacks).

It doesn't take rocket science to know, that if traumas and physical damage can potentially cause damage to subtle energy system, weakening either nodes or aura, causing blockages, that being unable to fix the issue/targeted energy healing at right place could be why I've been stuck.

The show HxH introduces the concept of Nen, and it's Ten in particular I've been interested of, because it could potentially not only increase my energy, but also defend it from malevolent/parasitic entities. The question still looms how do I heal problem area, but even this, real life Ten counter part, the cultivation of energy around me, I don't know how to do.
