        and this
anyway I don't want to distract from the thread's topic anymore, are you trying to lead us into certain kinds of information about this practice OP? I've always been curious on how they manipulated sound like this, no named or explained practice I've found so far has been sufficient enough to recreate

It's the sound of the dimensional barrier. It makes your head hurt because it is either a spirit physically grounding into your mind or that your soul is trying to escape through your crown chakra.
    >any DMT Anons care to confirm?

I mean, anon it's some form of pwactice relating to le manipulation of sound so as to effect le mind and spiritual anatomy
I highly doubt the people knowledgeable on its creation are here, atleast not anymore
This definitely seems like something that can be reverse engineered though?
If you want an easy way to information, usually things like this are syncretic with the holy instruments or singing methods of certain religions, find some that sound identical to this and see if any papers have been published on them

The 'hard way' of figuring this out would be engaging in an energy manipulation practice and developing awareness of your internal anatomy, as well as your consciousness, seeing which specific parts of you are being effected, simulating the sounds in your mind and playing with them, then trying to recreate them, carried by whatever forms and components of music carry them the most, after accomplishing both you'll hopefully have gained an understanding.

(I'm not specifically stating that this practice is a source for this sound's creation, but as an example)

what can be accomplished with the sound in OP, can be accomplished with the active methods of, any practice, specifically those concerned with internal spiritual anatomy and manipulation of it
So you can assume that whatever mechanism that allows these tools to function, is possibly also what is allowing these sounds to function
Then, we'd just need to figure out how these methods specifically interact with and ignite the body's functions that bring about these effects
Either these tools are igniting your body's anatomy into doing the work, similar to how something could activate your fight or flight response, and somehow le sounds have this same interface with your anatomy, or, whatever other explanation is given for a tool's functionality via its practice
You'd have to find a practice or tool that provides similar effects to the sound, then try and intuit and figure out why your body is reacting to it in such a way, simplify it the best you can, then, simulate in your mind sounds that touch this anatomy similarly. Hopefully you will have gained an understanding then.

Also, general observations! It has far more of an effect on me when I am in a higher state, and my anatomy is open and operating well, rather than when I am lowered or damaged! What kind of information can be gleamed from this
      etc, I hope this helps

Sounds like screaming and screeching metal, also it's just really loud and abrasive in general. We have an instinctual aversion to these things. Will definitely put you in a bad state of mind.
