I think the symbolism is rather obvious. Prostration = submission to God
Raised hands = prayer and worship
Sitting = being attentive to God

this is the meaning of allegory of the crucifixion of christ:

    1. keep your cristos (seed, sexual essence) within aka guard your loins, sexual purity
    2. prostrate to leas cristos up the 33 vertebrates of your spine
    3. into your golgotha (skull)

the ignorant ones use trepanation as an alternative, to increase bloodflow to the skull when the skull fuses just after a few years after birth and cant naturally pulse with the heart.

this is holiness manifest, ridiculed and despised by the lawless ones...

this here is the only way to regenerate the glorified/enlightened body and achieve "salvation" - there is no other way except your cristos and it crucified in your skull..

    here in more depth:
    https://archive.4plebs.org/x/thread/37872485/#q37876445

soon at the name of Christ (for the sake of God, which is within your, your true essence; to regenerate that) every knee will bow and all foreheads will touch to ground.

It seems to reflect a lot of sources, Syraic Christian, Zoroastrian and a few other sources however, the narrative and poetic elements of their instructions are kinda flattened into parts of the instruction. Some of the details can differ a little between aqedah too.

According to the Qur'an Muslims must pray towards the Ka'aba (qiblah being the direction that one has to face in order to do this). It seems to assume a flat earth.

Due to the sphericity of the earth, a prayer in any direction will point towards the sky/outer-space if a straight line is followed, not Mecca. As such the modern calculations of qiblah usually use the shortest distance to Mecca as the bird flies to be the "direction" of the qiblah from any given geographical point on the earth.

Another issue, is that there would also be one location on Earth where a Muslim could be standing at the opposite side of Earth in relation to the Ka'aba (for example if the Ka'aba was at the North Pole and the Muslim was standing on the South Pole). This is known as the antipode, and for many centuries the apparent logical absurdity of the existence of antipodes to people who did not understand the theory of gravity was used to argue for a flat earth. For this location, any direction for all 360 degrees would be facing 'towards' Mecca and consequently, there would be no one direction that would be the correct one.As with every point on earth, an antipode for the Ka'abah does exist.

I can't find anything outside wikipedia confirming that. Even if so it goes against multiple Koran verses about the earth. being flat. It could be a fatwa thing though.

[He] who made for you the earth a bed [spread out] and the sky a ceiling and sent down from the sky, rain and brought forth thereby fruits as provision for you. So do not attribute to Allah equals while you know [that there is nothing similar to Him].

If you want academic sources on their belief in a flat earth here are a few. Biblical here refers to proto-Islamic models.

When the worldview of educated Muslims after the establishment of the Arab Empire came to incorporate principles of astrology including the geocentric, spherical, Aristotelian-Ptolemaic world picture – particularly after the advent of the ‘Abbāsid dynasty in 750 – the meaning of these passages came to be interpreted in later Islamic tradition not according to the biblical-quranic cosmology, which became obsolete, but according to the Ptolemaic model, according to which the Quran itself came to be interpreted.

One interesting detail is that on the Islamic day of judgement, you can't hide because Allah will be above the flat earth and he will remove all the mountains.

A lot of the elements of the Islamic prayer have origins in antiquity Zoroastrian practices. Zoroastrians also perform ritual purification, a call to prayer, a practice of five daily prayers, in a specific direction, with certain garments required and recitation of revered scripture, preferably in the original languages.

Pagans prior to Islam would pray five times per day towards Mecca.[36] Muhammad retained for Islam this pre-Islamic practice, sanctioning it with a story of a night trip to heaven on a mythical beast called al-Buraq. In heaven, the Hadith tells us that Allah demanded 50 prayers per day per Muslim. Upon advice from Moses, Muhammed bargains with Allah and successfully reduces it to five prayers per day.

The order better resembles the Zoroastrian account too. Zoroastrians are also expected to recite their (kusti) prayers at least five times a day having first cleansed themselves by washing (ablution). These Islamic practices show Zoroastrian influence. But, contrary to the Muslims, Zoroastrians pray in the direction of the Sun (at each time of the day) and/or of the Holy Fire (if they are in a Fire Temple).

There are elements of Syriac christianity though in some of the content. The Islamic bismillah, "In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful" (Bismillah Ar-Rahman Ar-Raheem), is recited before the start of each surah and begins the al-Fatiha prayer. Within the surahs themselves, it occurs once only, in Quran 27:30.

In 2018 the first known pre-Islamic Basmala inscription was found on the side of a cliff in Yemen, reading in South Arabian Script, "In the name of Allah, Rahman; Rahman lord of the heavens" (bsmlh rḥmn rḥmn rb smwt). The rest of the inscription reads, "satisfy us by means of your favor, and grant us the essense of it (i.e. wisdom) to number our days". Writing about the discovery, Ahmad al-Jallad dates the inscription to the late 6th or early 7th century CE and observes that overall the inscription has a psalm like quality, likely impacted by israeli or Christian liturgy. He interprets the second rḥmn as rḥm-n ("have mercy on us" . This is still recited by Arabic and Syriac Christians to this day in their daily liturgy. This is noted in Jallad's work titled The pre-Islamic basmala: Reflections on its first epigraphic attestation and its original significance. Stories about why 5 prayers oddly enough modify and appeal to a israeli folk story. More on that below.

Here is a resource on the origins of Islamic prayer in Zoroastrianism. The theology is a bit different. n Zoroastrianism, adherents recite five daily prayers (Gāh) to honor Ahura Mazda and maintain a divine connection throughout the day. The Hāvan Gāh (morning prayer), is recited from sunrise to noon, symbolizes the triumph of light over darkness and seeks guidance and protection. The Rapithwin Gāh (midday prayer), from noon to 3 PM, celebrates the midday sun's vitality, asking for strength and clarity. The Uziren Gāh (afternoon prayer), from 3 PM to sunset, is a time for reflection and seeking atonement. The Aiwisruthrem Gāh (evening prayer), from sunset to midnight, seeks protection against the forces of darkness. Lastly, the Ushahin Gāh (night prayer), from midnight to sunrise, invokes spiritual strength and protection during the night. These prayers structure the daily lives of Zoroastrians, aligning their actions with spiritual practice and reinforcing their faith and devotion to Ahura Mazda.

If you are curious about Hadith sources, these are classes sahih or authentic.

Thauban reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: Allah drew the ends of the world near one another for my sake. And I have seen its eastern and western ends. And the dominion of my Ummah would reach those ends which have been drawn near me and I have been granted the red and the white treasure and I begged my Lord for my Ummah that it should not be destroyed because of famine, nor be dominated by an enemy who is not amongst them to take their lives and destroy them root and branch, and my Lord said: Muhammad, whenever I make a decision, there is none to change it. I grant you for your Ummah that it would not be destroyed by famine and it would not be dominated by an enemy who would not be amongst it and would take their lives and destroy them root and branch even if all the people from the different parts of the world join hands together (for this purpose), but it would be from amongst them, viz. your Ummah, that some people would kill the others or imprison the other

    Sahih Muslim 41:6904

It was narrated from Sahl bin Sa’d As-Sa’idi that the Messenger of Allah said: “There is no (pilgrim) who recites the Talbiyah but that which is to his right and left also recites it, rocks and trees and hills, to the farthest ends of the earth in each direction, from here and from there.”

Although, you said this as an insult, Islam does hold that djinn and demons will do various things to you for not praying right.

Narrated 'Abdullah : A person was mentioned before the Prophet (p.b.u.h) and he was told that he had kept on sleeping till morning and had not got up for the prayer. The Prophet said, "Satan urinated in his ears."

      Sahih Bukhari 2:21:245

Abu Huraira reported: The Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) said. When any one of you awakes up from sleep and performs ablution, he must clean his nose three times, for the devil spends the night in the interior of his nose.

      Sahih Muslim 2:462

Muhammad was said to have been given the power to wrangle them and he thought about capturing one but decided not to.

I wanted to fasten him to one of the pillars of the mosque so that all of you could See him in the morning but I remembered the statement of my brother Solomon (as stated in Quran): My Lord! Forgive me and bestow on me a kingdom such as shall not belong to anybody after me (38.35)." The sub narrator Rauh said, "He (the demon) was dismissed humiliated."
Sahih Bukhari 1:8:450 (see similarly Sahih Muslim 4:1104)

Trees told Muhammad where the Djinn were as well.

Narrated `Abdur-Rahman: "I asked Masruq, 'Who informed the Prophet (ﷺ) about the Jinns at the night when they heard the Qur'an?' He said, 'Your father `Abdullah informed me that a tree informed the Prophet (ﷺ) about them.' "
