What's the psychological model equivalent of the middle pillar ritual to clear one's head and start with a clean slate at any time?

What's the psychological model equivalent of the middle pillar ritual to clear one's head and start with a clean slate at any time?

Follow up question: is there also a way to then tap into a specific type of focus/flow state (action/research/creative flow) without the use of established rituals?

    Individuation

Yeah, by recalling it once you find it
No language can ever describe it properly, mess around with your mind and you'll find what works for you

Jungian individuation is literally union with the godhead that takes decades or even lifetimes, not something that you can nigrig in a 5 minute ritual.

Concoct your own ritual and believe it will work do what you want. Rituals work on beliefs, no more no less. In that sense, MPR is no more special than doing the macarena.

Breath, controlling your breath to feel a certain way.

Want a boost from anger breathe in an angry pattern?

Want a boost of confidence? Breathe calmly and focused 4fold breath.

Want to feel panic? Breath haphazardly and so on.

Breath is the key to a lot of things.

Interesting. Breathing is the primary meeting point or the shared realm for the conscious (somatic nervous system) and the subconscious (ans) mind. ANS handles breathing until you choose to do it consciously so it follows that by breathing a specific way you can influence your subconscious to produce certain results.

Clarity of purpose. There's the inner sanctum and the outer. The profane must first be purified mainly through bathing , repentance and fasting. As for the Holy of holies , it is wise to fumigate with incense chanting the Lord's name and sprinkling salt at the corners and at the doorsteps.

The middle pillar is not only for blessing but insight. It purifies through abundance.

Certain heretical cults within Hebrew establishments deliberately spread false teachings , causing problems and then demanding you time , money and attention. Just make your intent clear that you will not argue with God and demand the light be restored entirely and perfected . You shouldn't copy idiots.

The missing piece of the puzzle is called 'Core of the Unknown' . Only a great wizard could figure it out. And by wizard I don't mean a witch - that will not bode well.

Not all pagan groups were connected to witch cults.

Overcome the world without via the 'true' light within.

Repetition is the key to practice and the root of intuitive understanding. Use a good model though. From a scientific perspective , what is the correlation between life and the food an organism habitually consumes ?

Half truths are worse than lies and the attitude of ignorance only makes the brilliant shine brighter.

All must seek the Kwizatch Haderach !!!

I've reached a point where emotional pain seems like I'm just watching it. I'll comfort my own crying self. It doesn't feel like enlightenment. It feels like i need a shrink. What do you think, /x/?

It just means you're maturing. Crying can release pain, but maybe you're doing it for other reasons and of course you know that somehow.
