i find it quite comforting, on the contrary

also it is quite overrepresented on ancient or medieval art, as well as the moon, it seems like alchemy was more popular than what i originally thought, from where else would a Christian society acquire such an obsession for the sun and the moon?

Gee, I dunno anon, maybe the fricking sky? If you step outside your mom's basement you'll maybe see it.

Woah dude. I beat smb3 after going nearly a decade of not playing it.

Also the blocks are shining in a weird way which means this screenshot is from smb3 ultra, which is the romhack i downloaded after beating it.

          This picture is impossible
You can't slow light down only make it longer wavelengths

You're thinking of time dilation from gravity density which we don't understand fully. But in water the light is refracted by the water molecules which is why we can't see the bottom
This is basically the same topography in play with space and gravity
Except for gravity can be more or less dense for reasons that don't entirely make sense with science as we know it

As a kindergardener I remember hearing that a shirt with this design has boogers so I associate this art style with boogers.

What does this symbol mean? Why is this one extremely sinister?

The implications are that light cannot travel faster than gravity which means gravity was already there before light got there
Which means gravity is already where we don't have light
      Does that make sense?

The image is color inversed. It's suppose to be black and the background white

How so? Are those wavey lines supposed to represent gravity? Which culture?

I'll be honest, I pulled off of Arxs Fatalis (Level 9 spell incinerate) but I've seen the image many other places and there's always been something uncomfortable about it. I know that sounds stupid.

Haha, don‘t worry. Reminded me the of black sun obviously. Gravity then for me means something as „in regards to power“, even if in a more elaborated sense of course; a kind of mass, density, weight.

for me it just reminds me of 90s decor, which definitely has a sinister vibe
