Never get one. Semen is supposed to be circulating throughout the entire body. It's one of the ways for a biological male to reach his highest health potential and it's how semen retention works.

Troll post. That image is bs. It's obviously bs.

And 'semen circulating throughout the whole body' isn't the literal fluid. Chinese medicine views the subtle energies of the body in the same way as it views fluids and may not make the distinction between the physical and the non-physical.

The subtle interpenetrates the gross. The common belief is that these internal subtle energy networks of the body (meridians, chakras, what-you-will) are also tied to specific physical systems or locations in the body, including the sexual organs, the spinal cord, perhaps mixed with a modern biological understanding we could also include parts like the endocrine system or simply the nervous system generally.

Keep in mind — this is so obvious we often forget the miracle and wonder of it — the male semen combined with the female eggs has the potential to create a new life, a new incarnate consciousness (or at least the incarnation of a possibly already-existed consciousness in the subtle plane back into a body for further development and experience). There’s something vastly wondrous and magical in sexual energy, then. Various teachings have it that, just as sex can be used to create a new life outside of oneself, if the sexual energy is redirected back into oneself (as with celibacy, meditation, spiritual practice), it can enliven the internal consciousness, or perhaps even contribute to the ‘birth of a new consciousness’ (as in the idea of a ‘second birth’, being ‘born again’, individuation, metanoia/the transformation of one’s consciousness [often translated ‘repentance’ in English versions of the New Testament], also the ‘alchemical marriage’ of Western alchemy and esotericism).

See some old alchemical symbolism that’s strikingly similar to Indian yogic teachings on the subtle body, chakras, and kundalini. In Indian teachings, there are three major nadis (channels for kundalini/subtle energy). Ida, pingala, and sushumna, which are left, right, and center respectively. The ida and pingala nadis twine around the sushumna (running straight up the column of the spine/central nervous system), just like the snakes wrapped around the ancient symbol of the caduceus (there’s a version of this in the Old Testament, as in Hermeticism). Ida is lunar and feminine, whereas pingala is solar and masculine. When the channels are unblocked through spiritual practice, prana (another name for the vital/subtle energy) is held to transfer from the ida and pingala nadis into and up the sushumna (spine/CNS), reaching the chakra at the top of the head (Brahmarandhra) that leads to Moksha, Enlightenment, or God-consciousness (in Indian teachings, the Brahmarandhra at the top of the head is held to be where God enters the body, enlivening it with the spark of an Atma/Self created by God). In this old alchemical drawing, you can see some compellingly similar symbolism. The dove descending is the descent of the Holy Spirit into the body and soul (God-consciousness), and the star above it might represent supreme enlightenment.

The very idea of (internal, spiritual alchemy) is strikingly similar to Indian teachings on kundalini and prana, as well as Chinese Taoist (internal) alchemy. And again, you have ideas like the balancing (or even ‘alchemical marriage’) of the feminine and masculine internally, leading to a new birth of consciousness parallel to the fusion of man and woman to create the child. (Like Yin and Yang in Taoism).

Sexual energy seems to be stressed by many traditions as somehow related to or even keys to this process, typically by celibacy and the redirection of said sexual energy in the body for greater vitality and enlightenment.

My wife and I don’t want kids, so I got a vasectomy and she got her tubes tied. Now we can have sex as much as we want without being paranoid about getting pregnant, and I get to cum inside every single time. It’s fricking wonderful.

Proper humans (Arya Manuṣya) have sex to procreate at auspicious times (aka times when it's astrologically permissible) and otherwise retain sexual energy (or semen, in physical representation) to cultivate the mind and subtle body. The more you expell, the lesser you become. Those who just expell, and whenever they want to, simply to satiate sex desire, they fall down to animal life (because why be human if sex is the goal, chimps have sex, rabbits have sex, etc.). At the end of the day it is your choice, but it's sad that you chose what you did.

This sounds like Indian Hindu bullshit but it’s really just Catholic bullshit. Trying to force people to have as many kids(slaves) as possible even if the children are unwanted just to keep the circle of abuse going. Sad.

Not always. It really messes with the energy flow even after attempting reversal, too much scar tissue.

Are you one of those people who think children are the only way to keep a marriage going? I know people in that situation. They had kids to try to prevent a divorce, and they are the saddest hollowed out husks I have ever seen. If you have to essentially enter a suicide pact with someone to avoid getting a divorce, then it wasn’t a good marriage to begin with. Also not everyone needs to have kids. That’s like saying everyone has to go to college. People have free will. Let them live their lives.
