Right now the internet is tracking everything you do and a profile is being built on you. Its all being fed into an AI.
As the AI technology improves they are going to start manipulating you via propaganda, marketing etc based on the profile they have built on you.

I have decided the only safe option now is to start feeding false data into this profile they are building by doing stuff online I would not usually do. The question though is what do I want them to think about me?

Is anyone else doing this? If i just load 4 or 5 tabs per week on how to fight propaganda I wonder what that will cause to happen on my profile over time. It should show I am not easily to manipulate so they will target the weaker members of society first giving me longer to plan.

Stop exploring the Internet. That's the only thing to do. Use an adblock and data blocker.

News doesn't need to be read or watched, anything important will find it's way to you, you don't need to seek that out.
Don't watch videos you're not interested in. Opening YouTube? Go directly to your video, if it doesn't exist close it.

The only place to "explore" is gaming.

Take myself for example. All they'll ever find from me is that I research history occasionally, I don't click on anything an algorithm tells me to, I play games and talk in chat rooms.

The data is pretty useless anyway but what makes it even more useless? The fact that nothing anyone can do with the data, will change how I use the Internet and benefit anyone using it.

You're in control of your actions. Allowing algorithms to control you in the first place is the problem. Not the algorithms itself.

I click on everything they recommend and then immediately go back, this seems to have really confused my algorithm. I think they now think I'm a wealthy, old lesbian. At first all my recommendations were obviously personal to me, but now they have no idea who I am, or what to advertise me.

Feeding fake information to the internet profiles was pretty funny. Tricked the system into thinking i had a pet bird and lived in a different city..Expect things to get a little weird after it works tho.. like your accounts will require you to re-log in and do verifications, very often which will get old quite quickly if you want to operate in modern society. I stopped using my tv because of constantly needing to reverify my accounts for streaming. My bank account even got locked for no reason other than they wanted me to do a verification. Then I started getting pulled over by different cops all the time and they would ask me invasive questions about what I was doing. The system really hates to lose control over someone.

this is exactly what you need to do. start visiting ypes of porn you don't watch. open random tabs and stop the session after 20 minutes. read about actors you don't care about, download books you're not interested in. look at shoes you wouldn't ever wear. check out video games that don't interest you and most importantly post contradicting information about yourself on social media and different forums like this imageboard.

Oh man, come on lol. Why be worried about how an AI perceives you? Make it fun, but don't make it an adamant goal to fool AI.

Honestly all these ideas of fake personality sound like a lot of work. Can I get an AI to do it for me?

    lots of good ideas.
I really like the pretend you have a bird trick. It will be really obvious when you start reading posts on EerieWeb talking about birds. You will immediately know thats the AI.
This is genius. Plant a really obvious fake recurring thing so they will use it as one of the top targets when running propaganda on you and it will be a dead giveaway.
I fully expect the AI comments to be on everything, not just in obvious advertisements, but in social media posts etc.

I obsessively click "don't recommend" on everything in order to train the yt algorythm to not show anything outside what I usually watch.
Zero engagement with political shit, ecelebs, drama or anything ideological.
The result of doing this for years is that it'll try to reccomend me random low-view channels that have nothing to do with anything. I've looked through their posts in a private window out of interest and they're always people directly opposed to me in terms of beliefs and mindset. Often they'll just be gaming channels but I can read between the lines and peek their twitter for confirmation and I'm always correct.
Corpos really hate that I am who I am and they don't like that they can't push me into a political box.

How about not using the Internet as much? It's not even a question anymore because most of the stuff you are seeing here is already fake and it's only getting worse. Pissing in a sea of piss rarely makes it suddenly water again.

This post is also data, and the IP from which it was wrotten is also data.
Quantum processors are able to recognise this particular post you just published as if it was a higher-level source of information to better understand the change in your online behaviour which is, also, recorded.

Throw your electronic devices away or just accept reality. If you have nothing to hide and feel you have done nothing wrong you shouldn't be scared of this.
You still have the alternative to get a 10$ phone and actively participate in every day life.
Also, abandoning all social media platforms is an option that I've chosen long ago. My life is much better without a company getting the credits of my information while making me believe nobody cares about me with the use of a illness-injecting algorythm.
