    Mediate regularly. Eat well. People also bounce of others people energy, so just by you maintaining a strong and positive force around them to either lean on sometimes to provide relief - this is one of the best things you can do. There's nothing paranormal about that either, but there is spiritual implications of being that type of person.

      Stress and anxiety are strongly associated with the lower parts of ourselves, the animal world, the world of survival etc. So alleviating it with modern methods can just make it even more agitating on the person.

      Approach their stress with a mitigating applicant of it's opposing nature within its realm of existence i.e. their lower nature stress can be alleviated with another lower nature element but it's opposite.

      In the lower nature world of animals, the pack leader or the dominant creature has an air of authority and leadership surrounding them, moreso then the others hence why they're the leader. The leader provides rigor and stability etc.

    Try making sure they have things they enjoy but aren't harmful to them. For example, a good cup of tea and a neck rub calms me down pretty fast. But that's just me, I like tea and neck rubs.
