Redpill me on what is supposedly wrong with lab grown meat? As a someone who has given up buying meat for ethical reasons (I still do eat meat if it's offered or salvaged but don't support the practice with my money) but still enjoy hamburgers this seems nothing but good news for me, or am I missing something? Why are my fellow tinfoil people insisting so hard their food must involve torture or at least killing for the sake of being "natural"?

Look, I'm just as opposed to WEF and NWO and all that as the next guy but I don't think it's impossible for them to get even something right now or then for whatever reason or by accident.
"Cancer" has been throwed around a lot but so far I haven't seen any evidence or reasoning behind it.

You're literally several orders of magnitude more likely to eat cancer from eating farmed meat than lab grown meat.

Same situation as the covid vaxx. We don't know what that shit is going to do to people long term. Nobody has ever eaten it for 10 years. We know people have survived on seal meat for 10 years. Eskimos go entire lifetimes eating virtually nothing but. But this shit, who knows?

Do you really want to eat anything funded by that wienersucker Bill Gates? Think that's a good idea?

Well, I smoke cigarettes, drink regularly and eat meat 0-1 times per month, did ton of drugs in my youth and recovered. Human body is amazingly resiliant if treated correctly. Going by like I'm going these days I'm pretty confident that lab meat would be the least unhealthy habit for me. Also where I'm from food products are much more regulated than in the US. Noting this because typical diet of the good people of the America is already hella questionable so why the fuzz just now?
But yeah maybe it would be a good idea to let public do the testing first.

Consuming all of that stuff is far less hazardous to injecting heavy metals and other toxix substances into the body and or the bodies of meat that is eaten
Also. Plants are also alive like the animals and are "murdered" the same
Also, your technology and showers and new clothes and car and tranported veggies are worse than eatting local animal products
        Think deeper

Death is not bad but the lives that cattle live. Yes it's impossible possible to live in a world without hurting something but I can do what I can to minimize my impact also I want tortured energies to my system as little as possible.

Probably not, I don't live in the US. I'm fine with animals being killed as long they had decent lives and killed with respect.

The dirty secret of lab grown meat is that the cultures require copious amounts of calfs' blood. I don't know why one would find baby cow vampirism more karmic than slaughter.
The lion is sick and unsure of itself.
Lab meat is not the "future" (your belief in the trajectory towards a utopian future is stronger than that of a medieval peasant's faith in God) a pump and dump scheme. Same with bugs and beyond meat. You get a lot of hype through social media and journos, then get a bunch of investors, then jump ship. Lab meat is no different than Theranos.

Are you blaming me for something I didn't know which is why I made this thread for?

It's not that we don't like the concept behind it, and creating an alternative to growing living things for the soul purpose of harvesting flesh.

It's because we don't trust the people behind it. Not just because of this but also because some of us think there's an actual agenda to keep humans controlled, to alter genetics and lower overall health.

I see stuff like this as basically a giant unknown, because all medical knowledge is basically chosen by pharma companies. They fund the textbooks and decide what gets into universities, which in turn produces "doctors" who will naturally support their bullshit because it was in their textbooks.
Not to mention it's known that a huge portion of all scientific documents are fake and non-reproducible, because scientists are pressured to "publish or perish", so they make shit up... Shit that the people giving them grant money want to hear.

I think our medical knowledge is beyond fricked, and almost totally backwards at this point.
Like viruses aren't even real, what they call viruses are actually a type of messaging system between cells, and the amount of messages increases when cells are exposed to toxicity (the actual cause of the illnesses).

So I just don't trust that any reports on this stuff know jack shit about what effects it actually has on the human body.
I mean, I trust that most doctors are honest (enough) to tell you what they know, but what they know is based on faulty information. Based on a foundation that serves private interests and skewed results in their scientific journals.
10yrs from now they'll come out saying this stuff is harmful and act like there's a good reason they didn't know that all along.

Nothing. Literally zero. It is like growing meat from raw resources. Bunch of scare mongering agents backed by big factory farms that see it as competition and out of their control. Which it is. The "problems" with cloned meat being that since the cultures have no brain to feed it electric impulse it comes out soft and unformed. This is quickly fixed by using copper veins and electric shocks which can grade the meat so long as an artificial heart keeps it pumping with plasma, which can be artificially made plasma. Also, this means that the cell cultures themselves can be modified, so you can also develop "dangerous meat" that is poisoned and such, but the accountability would fall directly on your lab, unlike farms that can blame environmental reasons.

That sounds really fricking expensive.....but I guess worrying about morality has always been just for rich people...while those who won't be able to afford this ethical meat have to get "bad karma " for simply being born into less.

    its cheating and playing god.

if u abstain from meat, this should be a challenge, else it is not ethical or showing moral/spiritual backbone, but just a preference. liking bacon but deciding not to eat it, builds character.

if u do eat meat, it should have lived a life and sacrificed itself to your dominion over earth (not your dominion over cellgrown factory flesh). The suffering is not optional, but part of the deal, part of life and death.

imagine keeping a cow in coma until it is old and fat enough for slaughter. by wanting to avoid suffering (mostly motivated by you, not the animals sake) and not taking responsibility for eating and killing a living thing, you cheat nature and make a mockery of the way of things.

its probably safe, and its probably the meat industry that is astroturfing a religious opposition against lab meat (they were silent for GMO though), its still not the right thing to do.

if you want to mindfully eat meat, visit a farm and cut the head of a chicken. dont grow monstrous chickens without a head inside plastic packaging and feel good about yourself.

in the end, people can call it not right, but they have no say in what you do and deem right. why even worry if u lack dissonance? eat the lab meat burger and support vegetarian life style. good for you (u pussy!).

To me, it is too cold and rational and calculated and utilitarian, close to moral relativism ("eating meat is bad", except if it was grown in a lab from stem cells) or sacrificing a chicken for your sins.

There are literally people who own a fish tank full of shrimp, so they can say, net benefit, they care for more conscious beings than that they hurt a few cows.

Nature made cows a certain size and weight. Was that wrong? Are we really correcting Nature, when we replace a 100 farm cows, with a single abomination cow that holds the flesh of a 100, so we technically kill only one animal for the same amount of meat? Such reasoning may even justify growth hormones and steroids. To favor eating a horse over 15 shrimps. To estimate the level of consciousness of a pig and compare this to a chicken, muliplied by the weight of a pig.

Just dont eat meat, or eat meat. stop confusing us or yourself. or reducing living beings to the amount of meat these provide per unit. thats psychopathic or justification or self-delusion. denying life so you are not confronted with death.

The only thing wrong with it is that lab grown meat is expensive to grow, it's far more economical to have farms with actual cows, at this time.
