Uh some chinese american kid of a doctor loving family just recently took some shrooms and saw his parents who he loved dearly as having demon faces and so he killed them. He got free though because everyone and his whole family sympathized with him and knew he didnt mean it. Lots of schizos report seeing peoples faces as demons. I myself saw everyones face like that once but it was more like cavemen or Neanderthals or trolls to me like a ugly face

It is very sinister and creepy.
It seems like "Prosopometamorphopsia" has actually existed for a long time, but it was never described as "demon face syndrome", just as seeing faces distorted.
"demon face syndrome" literally has no search relevant results prior to 2024.

Did you know that news operate in a fashion that there's a downstream source like Reuters, then which bunch of downstream outlets simply replicate for clicks?

This case in specific is the result of this study: https://www.thelancet.com/journals/lancet/article/PIIS0140-6736(24)00136-3/abstract
      >Published:March 23, 2024

There' spooky photos attached with a thrilling topic, so of course every single eyeball-harvesting clickfarm that is "news" will spam it all over the internet all at once in hope of relevance.

Yeah it's definitely Reuters and that's how news works

My point was more about seeing "DEMON FACE" than the disease itself, look like something will happen even if nothing ever happen

When their disguises stop working, you're gonna need a label for all the people seeing these devilish faces.

I get this every time I take mushrooms. Probably closer to what is actually there than our mental-visual gloss.

Does shrooms lift the veil of their disguises ?

        >Does shrooms lift the veil of their disguises ?
Not sure, very possibly, but I think it's more a "disguise" we put in place ourselves, (and of ourselves) mentally. That said, something/someones could be equally evolved to exploit or manipulate this perceptive function.
Everything is a simplified hallucination abstracted from whatever is actually happening essentially, hallucinogens kick aside some of those allowing more/different information to try to leak through the senses.

Interesting... do you see the deformities in everyone you look at? and/or are the deformities less or more prominent person to person?

        >see the deformities in everyone you look at? and/or are the deformities less or more prominent person to person?
Usually all faces to some degree but very much varies person to person, some faces it is way more exaggerated. Typically I used psychedelics as far from cities other people as possible.

I have gotten similar shit when I have taken ketamine. I tend to see a crazy amount of creases in peoples faces when I take it. It's not usually "demon" like, more resembling goblins and other fantasy creatures

    This is legitimately fricking unnerving..

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prosopometamorphopsia

"The definitive cause for prosopometamorphopsia is still unknown. However, several potential theories have been expressed in the literature in this area. Generally, this condition has been associated with damage or abnormalities in various brain areas.."

What if the elite starts making people see other innocent people as demons, and the people start hunting the c**ts thinking they really are while they are under mass psychosis?

During the eclipse there's the devil horn comet too.
    Weird shit
