Paranormal experiences

What kinds of legitimate paranormal experiences have you had, if any? I don't believe in ghosts myself, but I remember one time very clearly. I was young and was walking past my parent's bedroom and I swear on my life I heard someone whisper my name right next to me. I bolted to my room and hid under my covers and sobbed, but my mom said she called me from their room while sitting on their bed. I know for a fact that voice was too close to be her. I still have no explanation for it.

That's how it is, periodically about twice a year now I'll get visited and taken, the experience as stereotypical as alien abduction accounts. If I wake up, will notice the lights and nausea sensation, lose track of time and afterward recall bits and pieces, tend to have markings or injuries on my body from it too.

Been happening to me ever since I was a kid, though it used to happen more often. It happened to my dad before me, but once they started taking me, it stopped for him. When I was just a kid I remembered it fondly, as I got older it scared me, now I'm an adult and just accept it as part of my life.

Set up a camera and be the first man to prove aliens exist anons. You could be rich and famous.

Woman. And they cause electronics to go haywire when they come, from just shutting off to outright broken. Always remembered it as a kid because all the digital clocks in the house would do that blinking-stuck-at-midnight thing.

The next whenever I am returned. I have a shielded metal case now for my phone, after losing two previous smartphones that way.

why do you think it has to be aliens? Doesn't it make more sense if it's just some undercover cia experiement shit?

Maybe if they're doing mindfrick experiments to make think that, but my recollection of these are the pretty typical aliens. Also it better explains the phenomena I think.

Get a faraday cage for your phone or a camera and record overnight

I have a box for my phone but it is completely sealed. Even if I got something that had like a metal-mesh glass window in it, all the video would pick up is an immense bright light coming and going.

i remember falling asleep with my headphones and youtube somehow decided i wanted to fall asleep to the mantra of ashtar sheran(weird alien cult, fun read if you're interested), i remember waking up a few hours later doused in cold sweats with nausea, i'm 100% sure it wasn't just a dream but a real kidnapping, better yet my little brother was sleeping over at his buddy that night so i was alone in my room that night

Why do you think they take you and when was the last time they took you?

Not sure why they are interested in me, I don't think I'm exceptional but maybe there's something about me or my genes that I'm not aware of. The latter perhaps, because as I said earlier they used to take my dad in the same way before moving on to me. Because of this I'm terrified of having children, the idea that they'll get abducted as well.

I could believe that, there have been times where I was abducted, and afterward the pain/soreness/discomfort was internal, basically my reproductive system put bluntly. I never got pregnant with some hybrid or anything, but I could believe they were/do take my eggs or something like that for their purposes.

I've seen ufos and researched them for over 10 years.
They're demons. The "alien" disguise is convenient for gaining followers and leading people away from spirituality. Calling to Jesus repels them. All cryptids, including bigfoot, are demons. Numerous bigfoot researchers will tell you this. David paulides, bob gymlan, barton nunnelly. Here's a book full of testimonies that christ repels demons, no matter what form they take. There are other stand alone cases proving the same thing. That christ repels them. Such as mothman, Ted Rice.

They feed on emotional energy, often appearing in ways intend to scare you. At first I thought this sounded too corny. Like someone made it up to scare people on purpose. But that's the thing, the demons do want to scare you. They feed on negativity, and lust. The set up relationships and destroy them. They heal people and pretend to angels to gain trust.

Padre Pio encountered demons, and I was shocked to read his accounts because it sounds exactly like the shapeshifting Karla Turner describes. Appearing as jesus and angels, yet being repelled by Jesus' name.

One time I made a dating profile and the service sent me an email with the subject line, "You are hot stuff!"
As I was reading it, an old lady across the room said "hot stuff."
It freaked me out and made me join church

The house I grew up in was flat out haunted
    >family in living room, hear cabinet open, go to kitchen = every cabinet door open the same amount
    >walk past a room, see someone in it, look back = empty
    >squeaky floorboard by hall bathroom, hear someone walk on it when no one at that end of the house
Happened so often we named the ghost George
    One
    Night
    >friend family visiting. Everyone at front door saying goodbye. Hallway creaks and a silhouette casts a shadow down the hall. Visitors looks around, everyone right there
    >she asks who that was. We say George the ghost
    >she refuses to come back

A lot of people have had NDEs. And NDEs are unironically irrefutable proof that heaven really is awaiting us because (1) people see things during their NDEs when they are out of their bodies that they should not be able to under the assumption that the brain creates consciousness, and (2) anyone can have an NDE and everyone is convinced by it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U00ibBGZp7o

So any atheist would be too, so pic related is literally irrefutable proof of life after death. As one NDEr pointed out:

    >"I'm still trying to fit it in with this dream that I'm walking around in, in this world. The reality of the experience is undeniable. This world that we live in, this game that we play called life is almost a phantom in comparison to the reality of that."

If NDEs were hallucinations somehow then extreme atheists and neuroscientists who had NDEs would maintain that they were halluinations after having them. But the opposite happens as NDEs convince every skeptic when they have a really deep NDE themselves.

I agree with you completely. I also believe those that have had NDEs that are bad were experiencing hell.

Aren't some NDE's contradictory though? Like the guy who dreamt up the egg theory, contrary to Christians who go to heaven. Are both legitimate experiences?

A few years ago I was walking with my dog and we passed a young woman with a baby stroller.
When I was a few meters ahead of her my dog stopped to sniff some grass or whatever and when I looked back and she was completely gone. There were no paths where she could have went. She disappeared out of thin air.

I was at my grandma's house when I was like 7 and my parents went out to the casino and lying in bed a creepy alien creature with a grey face making fast clicking noises slowly walked in the room (while I was wide awake) an got closer and closer to me so I hid my head under the covers and cried then after a minute I pulled the covers off and I was alone. That shit gives me ptsd and chills just thinking about.

I was driving home late one night on a very isolated country road when I saw an old man in vintage clothing walking along the side of the road. When I looked again moments later he had vanished.
I still don't believe in ghosts but that nearly convinced me.

I saw a UFO late at night in New Mexico a little over a decade ago. I was in the middle of nowhere on the interstate. A bright orange orb appeared out of nowhere a few miles ahead of me. It grabbed my attention immediately because the only other sources of light were the moon, the stars and my headlights. No other cars as far as I could see ahead of or behind me.

It started at the height of a plane then moved down towards the ground very fast in a straight line. It paused to hover in place for a bit while it was still a few miles above the ground then zoomed off in a straight line until it disappeared over the horizon. The whole thing from appearing to disappearing out of sight lasted only around 30 seconds. It did not seem to notice me and it didn't screw with my vehicle or any electronics. I didn't see any lights or beams going down towards the surface when it paused. I don't know wtf it was but the way it moved was far too deliberate to be a naturally occurring phenomenon. It didn't move like any plane or helicopter can move. It was too big and bright to be a drone.

One day I was in my room, it was already dark outside but not completely. So I was standing in front of the window where I could see halfway through it and halfway I could see myself and my room.
I was bored so I started to do scat singing (these weird jazz vocals) although I had no idea how to. After a while I got into a trance and it was like I was speaking in tongues or babbling in a different language it sounded a little like Arabic.
When suddenly I saw a dead man in the reflection of the window standing behind me. Just for a brief moment. I panicked a little and then he was gone. He looked a little like my old neighbor only that he was a rotten corpse.

i've had a mix of experiences over the years. in my childhood home i saw and dreamt of ghosts. later in elementary objects at school would randomly move or launch in the air the second nobody was around. in middle school i started having more vivid dreams and waking up at 3 am randomly then hear weird noises like chains clanking, whispers, movement around me, walking or trotting noises. in high school i had a plethora of out of body experiences where i would be out of body for what seemed like 10 minutes and 3 hours would pass. saw a ufo with one of my friends once. had a few experiences with passing out and seeing orange lights/glow before so.
    ask me anything i guess.
