It is and you're stuck here forever, regardless of your beliefs to the contrary.

Who's the dude on the top right?

      Buddha, I'd imagine.

of course the truth is indifferent to beliefs. enlightenment is not a matter of believing.
who is it that is supposedly stuck in samsara? investigate.

If you read my OP post you'd know (or at least be able to infer) I don't believe in the Buddha or his promises of helping others to escape Samsara so your point there is a little moot.

Buddha is a teacher, not a God, real buddhism is not about praying to buddha, its about being like him.
Why are moronic christcucks so proud of their abysmal knowledge of esoterism?

the spheres where I'm from had many people living different lives, but they have agency on what kind of lives they lead. You can't control everything but you can control things to some degree.
Concepts like "eternity" of this and that don't really matter to those out there. The only bad things are to be eternally unchanging.

Correct, PAST TENSE. your civilizations WERE destroyed, and now you only have white men to blame for your perpetual folly.

When you die that is it. You are gone. You are your brain and the organic chemistry that runs it. Nothing more. It is evident in nearly every religion that there is no self to carry on after death. You do not retain memory, ego, nothing that is you. Whether something goes on to reincarnate or join god or go to hell it is not you. It is not even a part of you. In computer terms it is a seed. The equivalent of a text string used in procedural generation.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Map_seed

The soul decides less of who you are than genetics or experience within the environment. There is no point in attaching such importance to it.

Instead make this material world better. Improve life. Lengthen life. Side with humanity against masters with false promises. The other common claim between all religions is they teach you to forsake the world. Whether because it is less "real" or you have a greater alleged reward later. Bullshit. Nonsecular humanism. Frick gods frick masters. Support humanity and the earth.

you are not your brain nor your body nor even your soul. who told you otherwise?

      On the other hand..

      >No life.

      >No being
      >No mind
      >No senses
      >No consciousness
      >No suffering

      >No "Samsara" for mankind.

The end of humanity means the ultimate end of human suffering, and the suffering we've inflicted on the Earth and other forms of life here.

The universe will continue in it's obliviousness of us or our absence, and billions of years from now Earth will be charred to a crisp before being enveloped by our expanding and dying sun.

The end of mankind and Earth is inevitable. Why would we want to prolong our own suffering in an indifferent, temporal material universe? We've been speeding things up for some time, one mega virus and we're pretty much out of the picture.

If there be survivors, I would not envy them. :/

      >inb4 have a nice day, then

I don't actually believe all that, but it was posited to me once as a counter-point if all life really is just meaningless and perpetuates unnecessary suffering. I believe in the eternal, conscious awareness that resides behind "I", and all things. That's the closest to any ultimate truth "I" have come to understand.

in vedantic thought (and its derivatives) all of reality is organised, from the hair of grass to the high priests everything is involved in the cycle of death and rebirth, the problem of "finite numbers of soul" is meaningless

      >Samsara my ass.

More NPCs. The number of real souls remains the same.

      >The number of real souls remains the same.
No. Every single life as the potential to grow the seed in their hear and mind into something more than they were coming here. They grow their inner stories by their actions and living on earth.
A higher consciousness can be in different spaces and places at once. They are also not tied directly to your body. They might spark certain thoughts that align you with yourself better. But if your conscious self decides to act then those actions are not necessarily coming from your seat of consciousness at all times. Only when you work to align yourself with it and take the helm of your spiritual life.

The number of people can grow but the complexity in spiritual life influences does not scale with the number of people. Spiritual life takes more than one being to tango. How often have you had someone's spiritual path affect and influence a large group of people? Purely remotely, so not a case of say an artist affecting 20k people with. Just you living your life, having an awakening and making acquaintance and meeting and navigating the complex social graph of 100 authentic spiritual beings? That's much more rare.

in vedantic thought (and its derivatives) all of reality is organised, from the hair of grass to the high priests everything is involved in the cycle of death and rebirth, the problem of "finite numbers of soul" is meaningless

      >the problem of "finite numbers of soul" is meaningless
but it still moves the creation question around rather than giving an insightful explanation that clicks as much as the discovery of the mechanics of gravity for example will.
From what I've experienced in life so far, it seems most likely that the spiritual component is born from higher life. These are like seeds or shards of consciousness that then tag along various lives and gather sensations, information, familiarity. The organisation is like civilization: it must be maintained and kept by beings.

      Because existing is horrible idiot

      >Because existing is horrible idiot
It depends. Existing outside of life can also be horrible in its own way. You could be stuck in lesser awareness running around in psychic dreams without free thought.

(1)There are countless numbers of afterlife realms, so not a problem at all.

      (2) You really trust government population statistics?

      (3) There is overlap of animal IQ with human IQ, so some animal souls can get a really great opportunity for a human incarnation, where they have much greater freedumbs and opportunity for spiritual development

    it's like a pendulum

schopenhauer has the quote about man goes through this pendulum of boredom and pain, well those are just the far ends of the pendulum. in the middle you hit the sweet spot, where life becomes a true blessing
