Name one legitimate magickal ritual/practice

I have grappled with various esoteric traditions and their respective practices, but to no avail. Alchemy, celibacy, energy work, yoga, and pranayama meditation being among the ones I deeply delved into. As a result of that, my head is completely frazzled and I don't know whether to continue down those lanes or just start anew with something else that is also likely not going to yield any tangible results.
I am truly grasping at straws here, is there one practice that you could say you owe your entire life to? Personally, the closest thing to that in my life is celibacy because it brought about tremendous mental and physical change but it hit a plateau a while back so the effects wore off. Any input is welcome

    >it brought about tremendous mental and physical change but it hit a plateau a while back

That doesn't mean it wasn't effective though. If an unhealthy person begins to exercise, of course they'll hit a plateau at some point but they're still much better off than they were before.

I agree but now I'm looking for something to jumpstart the effects once more if it's at all possible

Yeah the practices I find I owe my life to are breathing oxygen, drinking water and consuming nutrients.

Because magic isn’t real the way /x/ tier morons try to claim it is. Neither is occultism as a whole. People are very confused about what rituals and spirits and so on, actually are. They literally think you cut up pieces of paper at your alter [desk] and light it on fire and a girlfriend will spawn on their doorstep. They pretend to talk to demons and whatever else and they don’t even believe themselves, but they’ll sure as hell type up an entire dissertation fan fic on /x/ about how they Work Closely With Archangel Michael and Lilith

This website has been taken over by teenagers, and unfortunately 90% of teenagers are severely autistic, it’s devolved into this charade, it’s basically discord now

So is it fake or is it real in another sense?

That homosexual will never elaborate, so don't bother.
Magic takes place in the subtle realm. Unless you're in a trance-state (or are permanently in a heightened state of awareness) you aren't going to see spirits manifest in front of you.
It's real for sure, but you need time to learn it, and you need to overcome the wills of others.

      >It spiritually turns you into Jesus
How so? The effects I've experienced were never spiritual but entirely physical and mental. Maybe it's because I didn't monitor my thoughts at all times, but that just seems to be overkill to me. Do you do any other practice alongside SR to bolster your wellbeing?

People would treat me like a mini celebrity with just 6 months of a SR streak. Even if I was a complete nobody with literally nothing. They just love that Glow. Men would turn gay for me (yeah lol) Dont even get me started on the Women. They can barely hide it, Men atleast can hide it through their heterosexuality. I think it's related to "LOVE" the more SR you have the more LOVE you have. That to me is the most magical thing in the world, you cannot spin it, twist it, word play it, sweet talk it lies. It is the truth, the way the life. God has given me a purpose, the only one, to spread LOVE. We all have that one purpose

I prefer playing video games. Years of trying magick and I can't throw a fireball. In a video game, I click a button and throw a fireball. I don't know why someone would spend years on these when you can simply pick the playstation.

Understanding the true nature of reality is what really works.

How can one start? Self-reflect, question everything about you and what you carry inside of you, sit in the dark and be attentive of what your mind comes up with, write it down later, journal most things you find interesting. You will probably also find things inside of you which you may not like and maybe you will want to avoid them - don't - write those down too.

Meditate more, just watch everything neutrally: your thoughts, emotions e.t.c. for you are not any of them. Remember to stay crystal clear and still and then you will see the truth. You will not find the truth through analyzations and thinking - the truth will be shown to you once you are crystal clear and still.

Dive really deep into your being, spend as much time as you can doing this, avoid useless media and other types of gratification.

Do cardio and some other fitness regime, keeping the body healthy is as equally important.

    Be well.

        The observer of those.

but is the observer not a thinker and a feeler also? a thinker and a feeler in a thinking and feeling vessel? so I don't really understand. Shouldn't the idea of existence be the other way around? An observing vessel inhabited by a thinking and feeling being? The idea of only being an observer feels a little unsettling, as though all there is behind my emotions and struggles and thoughts is just a machine taking in data through observation.

Regarding energy work, there's something I can do with my hands at will. People feel warmth coming from my hands. They will feel static and they will say it feels like energy. I can do it well and project it from about a feet away from me, people say they feel warm air and then have felt cold before.

I'll randomly ask strangers if I can try with them and also ask coworkers occasionally.

It's really great and fun for me because it reveals a world that hardly anyone talks about though there was an anon on /x/ that could also do this months ago i spoke with.

I will also feel the tingly energy around my body in random places throughout the day. I do grounding exercices.

It feels good to know that I can do this thing. I don't know if anyone can learn to do it or it's just some people. I think it relates to blood flow.

I also want to add that although I myself have not heard it, a few times I have put my hand next to someone's ear and they have heard what sounds like crackling noises like fireworks, like that kids toy that you throw on the ground and it makes a snapping crack sound

Picking practices that appeal to you and being consistent is generally more important than which practices you choose. Developing spiritual perception takes time. You can open those doors with psychedelics but this is a sloppy way to do it, especially when used frequently without proper guidance.

Is there something that could have harmed you? Did you deal with occult themes and rituals? Maybe desperately asking anyone just anyone to assist you?
    >energy work, yoga, and pranayama meditation
If these don't bring results then take a good look at yourself, what in you desires to remain as you are, what in you is scared of letting go of the current identity.

Back when I participated in the LoA threads I always recommended this book:
    The Magic of Psychotronic Power
    Robert Stone
Anons that couldn't climb a ladder of find pink tennis balls were able to use that to dissolve clouds with their mind. It also had other exercises that were there JUST there to prove that magic exists.
The outcome? Everyone that tried it saw that they worked, so how's having 100% success rate like?
    Like this.

I've been spending the last few years reading a lot of introductory material only to find out I was basically doing most of the things they were talking about already. Breathwork, Deity Yoga, understanding permutations of astrotheological symbolism and their various layers (Kabbalah, Tarot, Jungian Archetypes, Mandalas, Astrology and so on), actually meditating on the principals of Internal Alchemy and how to extrapolate the ideas, visualization practice, building a mental architecture for doing higher reality work, learning how to guide the energy through the body and learning about neuroscience then using those ideas to cultivate different energies while working on endocrine management development were the biggest boons for me. I certainly do not claim to be an Adept or anything though.
I'm pretty annoyed with all of this "just wait a decade and read 250 more books and we'll give you empowerments lmao" bullshit, muh wave animal dicks around outside and chant Hebrew, draw these pretty pictures that everyone explains differently and muh go to India/Tibet and talk to poos or mountain slants shit. You oathgays obviously lost the plot and the only real way forward seems to be rerouting the energies into carving out a new path, one that certainly borrows from the traditions, but one that's more earnest, devoid of all of the bloat and filth masquerading as inventive yet stale practices to court the Feminine energies necessary to actually do a magick.
I say ignore everyone and build your own system from the ground up.

Osho's observation of the mind gave me a satori experience. i experienced the entire universe as empty, yet full of a stardust like quality, what enlightened people like Tony Parsons call empty-fullness. I was completely empty as well, and that same stardust quality permeated my being. The universe and me were made out of the same stuff, and only a thin layer seperated me from the rest of existence. I think that if that layer had been penetrated I would have been enlightened in that moment. It lasted about ten seconds. It only took ten minutes of conscious effort (and a slight bit of embarrassment) for an ego death to happen. So I would recommend that.
Other than that, it's my understanding that many anons summon succubi with the letter method. If you wanna do something "magickal" you can probably do that, but be warned, they say the succubus thing is permanent.
