Those who deal with kundalini can hear their own intuition if they believe it.
    >how to heal
Physical symptoms come from deeper misalignments, healing work is more effective when dealing with the root causes and not (only) the symptoms.

Okay but what about using the the sensory cortex homunculus as a map to deal with physical ailments?

      >Those who deal with kundalini
are merely overloading their energysystems and arent akshually opening le kundalini
people that toss about the word kundalini have no, none, and I mean ZERO, appreciation for what the true opening of the shushumna means.

i used to be like you then I realized telling tourists what kundalini actually is just made them even more annoying
let them believe whatever distractions and misdirections they've fed themselves

real talk you can't gatekeep anything from intuition
a man with good intuition will figure out things that haven't been seen on this planet in 18k years

there's some things you can figure out with intuition, and some things you will need to be shown because forget about ever figuring them out yourself.
especially things of spiritual & energypractice nature from an intellectual standpoint
one has to have certain experiences before one will even have a basis for related intellectual matters

Every thread has kundalini experiencers, usually beginners completely lost.

          >kundalini experiencers
which 99% of the time means some minor channel got opened and baby got scared or someone moved prana shakti by doing a breath exercise incorrectly
          neither of these is kundalini

Don't frick with the flow, you're not qualified yet.
Fix your spirit and just observe, move only if you're moved, focus on a certain area only if your intent is drawn there, do not employ fancy breathing techniques either, simply forget you have any control over your body and let spirit work in peace, when you're uncertain what you should be doing or your mind wanders, consult with it behind your eyes.
Spiritual matters are handled as such.

this is why train breath at the beginning so that when you get to later stages the work is already done and your internal functions more efficient than would otherwise be
learning techs is adding tools to the toolbox
      some techs build on others
some techs are pretty much ubiquitous
while other techs are single use

Having a good foundation on body and techniques is always important, most people nowadays have fricked up spines, bad habits and no real work under their belt. When the real thing is initiated, most of the lousy work flies out the window and foundation is rebuilt anyway.
If you start after 16 when the bone plates have already fused, you're in for some long nights of fixing your body first, before real work starts. What matters most in practice is discipline and sheer willpower to endure the work and shatter any barrier in yourxntm way.

          >body focus
          >slave mentality
The body is manifested by energies and not the other way around, on the most illusionary levels those play together but that can be ignored.
Crippled and moronic bodies always support kundalini and bliss. Those who have soul level reasons to hold a damaged body might not heal after the aligned energies come in.

No amount of work has to make you drop the false self, if you are truly done with suffering now no work is needed.
It is the false self that clogs the energy body with negativity and nothing else, if that is dropped the chakras will open.

          >What matters most in practice is discipline and sheer willpower
I agree with this while implementing it in the complete opposite way as you.
You are not the body, mind or energies. Willpower and discipline to surrender, choose the higher perspectives and love, while refusing to deal with negativity.

            >if you are truly done with suffering
            >while refusing to deal with negativity
            Please elaborate.

            >truly done with suffering
Suffering is optional, it comes from the false/small/egoic self and that can be dropped for free. Surrender to your true self by giving away your fears and needs, forgive yourself and others.
            >refusing to deal with negativity
Thinking, feeling and seeing negativity pollutes us, this leads to seeing our polluted reflection of this world, assuring us how suffering is needed.
With discipline and willpower you can stop most of the negativity now, this can mean adopting new practices and making fearless choices.

I have a knot in my chest that's been there for the past 10 years. I have a confession: it's from deadlifts. How to remove it? it comes back every morning and makes my ribs appear bigger than they typically are. it pops when i lean/bend it backwards. it's right in the sternum bone. does religious meditation sitting lotus etc remove it or am i deluding myself that it does when i go to look in the mirror and see results? this issue has made me dysphoric since it began and honestly thinking of calling it quits (suicide over this)

Have you gone to the doctor?

Anyways, I will clear up all this BS.

You must understand this: the "blockages" in your body, the "chakras", and all that stuff is basically psychosomatic sensations. Meaning your mind makes you feel those things. Why? Because of various reasons, which include:

Emotional stress or anxiety -> causes involuntary muscle tension in various parts of the body.

Movement/actions -> complex, coordinated actions that are choreographed by the mind have to be done through your muscles, and if you have any psychological issues related to such movements or actions, that will cause you to gravitate towards physical problems like incoordination of those movements and muscle tension

If you understand your psychology related your own body, you can hopefully figure out why your body acts the way it does. Because your mind is a complex thing, you can develop some complex psychosomatic issues too. You should always exclude disease/injury before thinking of this stuff though.

    Happy fellow

Any medical textbook will do,if you are asking about paranormal cures they only pertain to the spirit of the patient and strength and talent with magic of the healer but such things are not public. Just consider for a moment the disbelief normies have historically had on such matters.

In regards to the physical body the only teachings I could tell you about are traditional Chinese medicine or Indian Ayurveda. While the herbal aspects are real , the rest is mostly fake and cannot cure anything but when used correctly can be used for pain relief or prevention. Acupuncture is a great example.
Wet cupping (blood letting) works similarly.

Turmeric, ginseng and gingko are excellent for athletes but I would not recommend using them without a prescription or a advice from a qualified and experienced herbalist especially considering some herbal plants are toxic , contain hallucinogenic parts or could make you sick if prepared incorrectly.

Stay the hell away from necromancy or face God's wrath ( I mean the dark side witch path).

Generally speaking , healing using magic is no substitute for conventional treatment or common sense but works to supplement it.

    >Forbidden desire
    Hope this helps

Useless replies from useless people with generic, have you seen a doctor preface. You guys are speaking useless information, at what point is something a medical condition or psychosomatic? Frick you midwit morons.

        >midwit
It's funny because it's true. If you separate the two you're inherently subscribing to a dualistic worldview where matter and mind are separate. Even materialists don't believe in that.

no, person, that anon is right.
I recognize it because archetypes don't lie. see wiccan gods, stretching the vagus nerve, and the idea that socialization breeds healthier, fitter, happier, joyful rats and mice.
literally, how you socialize can affect your brain and body.
the body actually grows/adapts because of neural factors and socialization, plus 'exercise', not the other way around. yet, we have a body to be interdependent with.
