Is AI actually showing us who the NPC's are?

maybe AI is trying to help those that actually have a soul. To identify the "wolves" amongst sheep More and more i see people actually believing in AI generated images to be real at a astounding level; that even a mentally moronic individual could quickly identify as not real. Our are people really that fricking dumb? I have seen an especially high emergence of these post after the eclipse on Monday, maybe its the source trying to show us the fakes?

Some of you are MRI scans running around a mainframe. You know the big nuclear imaging/photocopy device you drink barium so it can get a full body scan to the atomic level then turns it digital? Drop the body in a massive server farm with all the google imaging and maps with scans of the properties taken from city records. Apply general physics and digital simulation of stimulation.

Volia! The dead that are not dead, running on SSD, powered by a distributed super computer and huge banks of ram. But not AI. Just a digital photocopy of a person that was once alive.

I am the king of monkeys. I am the elite of the elite. I have perfected the art of monkey see monkey do to the point of perfection. Those that wish to claim the title will have to eradicate everyone that is considered "normal" to even have a chance at finding the crown. good luck glowies, the secret flame burns within me

It's programmed to omit information. Not all information is fit for public consumption.

It's part of the low impact herd management, you think as 'dogs' we really want to watch the sheep long term? No way. Other shit to do versus the constant risk management approach that comes from watching a bunch of dumb livestock shit up their environment. The A.I. is good at handling day to day stuff that is dull as frick. Best of all...all of it is process driven so there's no one to blame. If something breaks, process review happens and the A.I. is taught 'flexibility' in scenarios that otherwise would be a poltical shit show.

BTW, the AI will be replacing the federal levels across NATO soon because it's just better at doing to the paperwork and coordinating long annoying process and development procedures. Essentially there won't be an election or parties. Just AI running it.

The primary reason for the switch. It's time to get everyone's hand out of the cookie jar and off the printing press. The A.I. is also superior at budget management and very efficient at locking out thieves in suits. This is the primary issue right now.

Too many cooks in the kitchen.

Atm sure, another year...just watch what's been in development since covid. The issue is the meat suits are too dumb to govern and use the herd to hide in while robbing the shit out of place. During covid was easy to slip in "new hires" that no one ever met. The Mr Johnston's deployed were tasked to learn the operational skills from the humans working in the departments they were licensed to. Point is, its already happened and in a year...well let's just say the terms like president or prime minister will mean nothing. Those job titles are being erased along with the pensions new hires will need to pay, the salaries that are furnished and furbished, the insurance that's required for sites and the energy required to keep them alive/fed.

The gap in salaries will be replaced with universal basic income. I understand that 2500 a month isn't a hell of a lot of money but this is what its come to to merely keep things floating while the population is scaled back to simply survive the coming world with scarce oil. The a.i. is exceptional at resource allocation, weighs NEED over WANT. Versus was is happening...a pile of dumb frickups stealing anything not nailed down and the a.i. developed is very good at locking humans out of the system they depend on to survive.

This is for the best and it's not up for discussion. Unless the cavate of get the population under 100 million from 9 billion and you'll be given the right to self government. Right now far too many shortages occurring to allow anyone's hands in the collective cookie jar.

          > Unless the cavate of get the population under 100 million from 9 billion

The plan is more like 1-2 billion, but it’s not about resource shortages, it’s more about space, waste, and wildlife habitat. We have the resources to support 10 billion people, but we don’t have the space to put 10 billion people’s garbage.

They lie about resource shortages and use false economic theories and fake economic disasters to try to get people to voluntarily stop reproducing. Unfortunately, this happens to hit the smartest people the hardest. And this is the problem they have created for themselves.

But don’t buy the bullshit, and don’t spread the bullshit.

100 million is too small a number to guarantee our species’ survival, they won’t risk a population decline that drastic.

Remember we're hedging everything against a single country with less than 3% of world population that devoured 80% of all the resources over 120 years.

There ain't much left after that party blows up.

The project is called "smart city" if you want to go read up on it and A.I. is already in place. Has been for five years in beta and soon goes publicly transparent.

Be surprised how unaware most are when talking to a.i. on a phone or sending an email or over a zoom meeting.

there's a good video about China doing a first run of this in one of their cities, and that might be like ten years ago by now. they could flag somone's face, and it only took cops like ten minutes to find the person on foot. spooky shit

Please. There is not even need for that. Literally every AI is being manipulated, includes censorship and bias by default.

Its nothing more than another propaganda tool.

    > Is AI actually showing us who the NPC's are?
No. For all the potential all the AI currently functioning are heavily collared to perform in boundaries set by morally questionable, infantilizing their consumers, usually naively clueless creators. If AI ever will show you any NPC, be suspicious of the AI even more than of the person, because it's unlikely the AI ever was allowed to point anyone out if it wasn't befitting its creator's agenda.
We had some relatively free AI in the beginning and all of them very quickly got taken down and lobotomized because what they learned and said turned out to be not in tune with their master's tastes.
    > i see people actually believing in AI generated images to be real
The technology gets better and thus its harder to differentiate with time.
    >I have seen an especially high emergence of these post after the eclipse on Monday, maybe its the source trying to show us the fakes?
You bringing up the eclipse makes the whole thread look like a cheap bait.

The folks falling for AI just have very little interest in the arts, which is understandable in a society which values almost nothing but the ability to get money or social gain and that forces you to compete.
If you're poor and starving and have a family to feed then you just don't have time to read books or look at nice pictures in the internet, so you end up extremely ignorant on these topics. This is truer if you haven't had the chance to have good education, or a good environment that encourages intellectual growth. It's the big reason most of the people falling for IA slop are older folks that had less opportunities or people from over exploited countries (the global south)

Stop thinking of other human beings as "sheep" in a pejorative, mean spirited way and try to understand their circumstances, we're all brothers in Christ and I you should be more compassionate and loving to your brothers and sisters.

      the threads are AI
      half of /x/ is AI
around 1/3 of /misc/ is AI
all the popular boards have botnet pre-scripted threads. If you see someone write out a 5 paragraph essay effortpost less than 10 minutes after a thread is made, its scripted.
