I got to see it for what I believed was an eternity
Psychedelic overdose is more disturbing that anything that I can even imagine
You're just lost in this vortex of divisions grasping for form until you finally reach divinity
You live as everyone, a murderer, a homeless man, a psychopath, you see all the lives that ever were or ever could be, and in each one, you die
It's like you broke the entire universe and everyone else is dying because of it too
    Insight was worth it though

It's not that bad at this point even though it was just a couple years ago. It was horrifying for a while but you quickly forget most of it. I only have a few key points of the trip here and there, the whole thing didn't even adhere to linear time. I'm pretty sure time is entirely a lie

When the eye opens you see samsara.
      Beyond theology.

It's cold (I could see my breath) and empty and covered in fog, I couldn't tell if it was dark.
It looks like the (american) badlands (not in color), with tiny rigid hills that look like the mountains surrounding them. The ground has a unanimous texture, there is no break in it. There is no flora. Said texture is strange, it felt like pumice but teetered on obsidian or sharp glass, and looks like picrel, but the ridges were slightly more pronounced and sharper. Also, the texture didn't look quite exactly as it did in picrel, it emanated outwards from the mountains and small hills, with the ridges slightly angled away from them (I really fixate on th ground's texture whenever I think about it idk why)
You would walk endlessly and your body would become continuously tired and achy, you would try to lie down but it would be impossible to find a comfortable position. I remember seeing something incredibly bright and loud in the distance but I couldn't remember what it was, when I saw it, I was told that if I could be far away from it, I could have solitude but still no peace. There was also a fundamental presene that was just kind of everywhere and in you, imagine an environment in your mind and then pretend your mind is someone else while you're a character in the environment, that's the best way I can describe it. I don't know how to describe its feelings towards me and its general demeanor, other than it was smiling.

also, to help with scale, sometimes I could just walk over the ridges, and sometimes their divets were almost large enough for me to lie in.

I have seen it. It is a dark and cold place full of machinery. When you look up you see the Kingdom of God. It is the worst form of punishment, it is self torment that those who dwell there live in perpetually. Self torment and regret.

I did. And it's not all fire. The first sound was the clanking of chains, and people puking in their cells. It is a prison first and foremost.
There could be plenty of fire elsewhere, but I wasn't interested.

Why would I want to experience anything bad or good for only a few seconds. I don't want to experience anything bad period, and if it's something good I'd want it to last longer.

The only thing I'd like to get a glimpse of for a few seconds is a glimpse of the future lottery numbers for some lottery next month or even next year. It would only take a second to memorize, and I can just play that number from now till 2026 and actually get something out of that glimpse.

Anything else is a waste of time.

        >Oy vey rabbi how very hylic of you
Based on my observations, the word "hylic" is only ever used by "impotent occultists / spiritualists. The people who believe they have abilities/powers, but are actually unable to enact any change in the physical realm. In other words, their "specialness" is all in their head, and they are really just delusional, and they hate "hylic" (logical) rhetoric because it naturally leads to self reflection and doubt.

The idea that magic/occult has no "material" goals is new age nonsense made up specifically so that occultism and magic could be sold to the average person as a convenient little package of an effortless ego boost, because it allows you to feel special while accomplishing absolutely nothing ("I felt some energy or something bro, I must be chosen").

Alchemists in the past were literally trying to turn lead into gold (it wasn't just figurative).

The Magnum Opus of alchemy was creating the philosophers stone so that one could attain immortality.

Both are very materialistic goals. Materialistic goals have always been a part of the occult and the study of magic, one of the main obvious goals being "power" (it's likely why most people get into the occult, the allure of power).

So stop it with this "hylic" coping mechanism. The only people that say this shit are the people who have given up on ever doing real magic.

Yes so go vegan so you don't get sent there! https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naraka_(Jainism)

In a dialogue between Sudharma Swami and Mahavira in the Jain text Sutrakritanga, Mahavira speaks of various reasons a soul may take birth in hells:[3]

Sudharma Swami: What is the punishment in the hells? Knowing it, O sage, tell it me who do not know it! How do sinners go to hell?
Mahavira: I shall describe the truly insupportable pains where there is distress and (the punishment of) evil deeds. Those cruel sinners who, from a desire of (worldly) life, commit bad deeds, will sink into the dreadful hell which is full of dense darkness and great suffering. He who always kills movable and immovable beings for the sake of his own comfort, who injures them, who takes what is not freely given, who does not learn what is to be practised (viz. control). The impudent sinner, who injures many beings without relenting will go to hell; at the end of his life he will sink to the (place of) darkness; head downwards he comes to the place of torture. The prisoners in hell lose their senses from fright, and do not know in what direction to run. Going to a place like a burning heap of coals on fire, and being burnt they cry horribly; they remain there long, shrieking aloud.
According to Jain scripture, Tattvarthasutra, following are the causes for birth in hell:[4]

Killing or causing pain with intense passion.
Excessive attachment to things and worldly pleasure with constantly indulging in cruel and violent acts.
    Vowless and unrestrained life.[5]

There, as in a cave, being roasted on the fire, he is burned, having lost the reminiscence (of his sins) and consciousness of everything else; always suffering (he comes) to that miserable hot place that is ever ready (for the punishment of evildoers) There the cruel punishers have lighted four fires, and roast the sinners; they are roasted there like fishes put on the fire alive.
