I have myself trained to wakeup if my phone even just vibrates from a notification. pretty normal.

I have myself trained to wakeup if my phone even just vibrates from a notification. pretty normal. however i just woke up from no dream at all with adrenaline pumping through me and my clothes wet with sweat and feeling distressed. You got any surgically implanted devices or particularly fricked up joints? Those are the most common ways people sense intense weather phenomena.

Some people have adverse affects to barometric pressure fluctuation too. Like migraines, feeling unwell. It might not be paranormal, but its not sonething anyone has explained satisfactorily.

Yeah, my mother and I get random headaches when the weather is doing something odd. We usually get them at the same time and they last for the whole day. It's pretty strange, but it's probably because the capillaries in our brains dilate/shrink a bit.

homies say the craziest shit on here sometimes and the delivery is so normal and nonchalant its deep trolling

its not that hard to believe. its not like full big ass bones just small bits that technically count as a separate bone. my ankles look completely normal.

There is 100% some way in which these internet/phone signals alters our brain or perception. Many times it happened where I slept normally, then wake up suddenly only to get a call/alert/mesaage/notification the next second.
Almost like I could sense the incoming signal in my sleep as a threat, and forcefully wake myself up.

I've had that happen only twice but its real freaky. I set an alarm, right? And I'm asleep but dreaming. I wake up and see a robed shadow like your typical spooky ghost ff7 swirling spirit thing in black robes and no face flying slowly toward my phone which is on the small table next to my bed. As it hits the phone, the alarm goes off, it vanishes, and im fully awake.

        >robed shadow
I had this shit happening to me three times in a single night, there were 3 robed things next to my bed, the faces were dark with no features, and one of them was hovering his hand over my chest, I woke up and had sleep paralysis the three times
        real spooky shit

There are many reports of animals sensing storms and earthquakes and preparing in advance.

BUT also, my dreams seem to warn me when a real-life sound is about to happen. Sometimes when a sound wakes me up, the moment before in my dream, someone tells me it's going to happen, or a thing happens to cause the sound exactly on time. It actually creeps me out; it's the closest thing I've had to any sort of paranormal experience.

This might be your body remembering the time you were supposed to wake up. I think I've heard that people with tulpas can ask their tulpa for the time. We seem to have a strong subconscious awareness of time.

before it rains, I can smell it coming
some people say its when the water falls on grass it releases something in the air and gets carried by the wind but that doesnt make sense since the wind could blow the other direction.

I think I remember years ago I would hear a noise through a set of speakers in my room like they were picking up interference a couple of seconds ahead of when a message would come in and this was pretty consistent.

One time I was talking something with someone in the room. After a few seconds I got a phone call from my buddy, I answer, and he said hello, hello, then asked me why were we talking about that thing. Really freaky, like he could hear in the phone what we were talking about, before he made the call/i picked up the phone.

that's interference, it happened with old computer speakers

now that being said, I really believe our brains can pickup some interference like that too
also our brains can make a whole dream happen in less than a second, in the time the alarm ring on the phone and our ears pick up the sound, the brain makes a dream that incorporates that

I'll bump the thread for OP with a somewhat related story. My mom told me when I was young that esp runs in her side of the family. She told me that when I asked her about a few dreams I had that turned out to predict the future, nothing useful unfortunately. In the late 2000's I was a truck driver and was driving late at night through a nasty thunderstorm and got a sudden phone call from my mom, I told her that I was driving and I couldn't talk, but she interrupted me to ask if I was driving in a storm. I said yes, then she told me she woke up after a dream about me driving in a tornado. I told her I wasn't sure, but I couldn't see for shit and the wind was blowing pretty hard. Then she said she should let me go, be safe etc. Later found out from the local news weather crew that there was a tornado and it was a fairly big one and I had crossed paths with it. I no longer doubt my mother on the esp stuff anymore.

the tornado alert made your phone vibrate and it woke you up?
