      well i didn´t smoke weed, like this anon, but i started smoking, and it helped more with anxiety and depression more than the drugs psychiatric doctor prescribed to me.
      i would recommend doing pipe with good tobaco or just smoke cigar or cigarretes.
      but later i had to stop smoking, not due to addiction, because it didn´t addicted me, but because since i am asthmatic as frick, i got some pneumonia and that shit fricked me.

          Perceptual shifts in confidence such as the one you are allowing here generate an lower level of capability over time. Be assertive that you can adapt to become less moronic to yourself and it does actually eventually achieve a better resulting productivity.

    The general consensus is that rewards are also fraught with a balance of negative effect, to some they just cannot recognize the negatives. Magic is therefore ineffective unless rules are broken on your behalf, which is rare.
    In my dealings with spiritual warfare the presentation of a broken balance is rare and only achieves the objective assigned in the moment, since the system break is not intended to be a permanent factor.

      Cognitive behavioural therapy may help though i did not speak to an expert and used strategies I developed myself to establsh resilience. The summoning of the devil brings about a possible attack which gets significantly worse before immunity is developed. So remain with techniques required for your level of relative suffering if you are not sure that your state is not escapable.

    Listen it may not work all the time but a heroic dose of mushrooms literally breaks my depression for months at a time. It's not a cure but it gives you a fighting chance at a reset. Good Luck.

      I've tried mushrooms (Idk how much a heroic dose is) I've only taken 2.5 grams at most and it didn't cure my depression. I'm too scared to take anything higher because shrooms stress me out when I first take them
