I think so? It's not the God promulgated by any of the major monotheistic religions, possibly - my belief is closer to a supreme force/ultimate consiousness rather than a specified personification, if that makes sense. I'm not even sure if a force like that is or would be benevolent and if so, likely not in ways we usually consider as such in human morality. What brought me there? Oddly enough, plunging into the whole UAP rabbit hole.

Thanks for the reply. As I grow older, I’m more and more leaning into the “Supreme Consciousness” idea.

What are your thoughts on the pic related?

While I have my doubts, as certainty is proportional to what we can observe or apply, I do believe that God is likely. Nature is fine tuned, not for life itself, but for itself for its own existence's sake in an ordered manner which is embedded with processes which allow for complexity. There is never a satisfying resolution that doesn't involve a level of agency creating and/or directing nature.

Absolutely. I mean just take a look at the human body itself. We still do not even understand how the brain/consciousness truly functions.

Seems similar enough to my view - which is based on quantum mechanics. Since anything can technically be described with a wave function, why not the Universe? Or consciousness, for all that matters. In that paradigm, any single person is just a localised node of that wave function and the sum total of all that may as well be the supreme being. We are indeed the Universe/consciousness looking at itself.

a great miracle would happen if people like you opened a physics or history textbook and learned that science abandoned quantum mechanics 100 years ago. It was obsolete in einsteins lifetime.

Do some deep meditation, things will just come out of nowhere. Ever wonder how that happens, how something can arise from nothing? Ever wonder how we exist? Thoughtforms, stacked atop each other, emanations from the Source. The Source/One/God is you, doing an elaborate masquerade of acts, characters, entities, plays, and much more than is even fathomable.

In short, yes dude. God is very, very real.

Not in the Abrahamic sense, no. In fact the word itself is so charged that I don't even want to use it to describe my beliefs. I'm leaning closer to some uncaring and unfeeling absolute which does things because frick you like the Great Dao

Which God? Abrahamics have three versions of this monothestic God, and one divides them into three persons who disagree among themselves.

No. Never believed in that shit. No one in my family have been religious for at least 3 generation so my first encounter with religion was reading about theology in school at like 8 years old. At first I just thought it was some historical thing or just stories, I couldn't wrap my head around that people actually thought it was real

Yes, but not the God of organised religion, the All is my Lord. I was brought to comprehend Him through study of the various yogas, specifically Bhakti Yoga.
