      This is it.

Depression does not exists. Many people want to kill themselves because their life is not like in muh movies so they feel sad.

      >Depression doesn't exist. It's just depression.
      A schizo board for morons.

I wish it was a simple answer, but its really not. Depression can hit you even if your life is relatively perfect. Its true that excersize and sunlight do help, but sometimes its far deeper rooted.

It literally can sometimes be "brain chemistry" as stupid as it sounds.

Try to fix your diet and your excersize and routine, attempt to accomplish things that make you feel proud of yourself. Hard to do when you are in the middle of a fight with depression though, I get it.

seems like he's probably referring to depression as anhedonia, or else depression as a lingering state of overwhelming emotion and sensation that initially seems to have no causal relationship with immediate circumstances.

We're not talking wah tears, we're talking failure to eat, bathe, maintain the structures of ones body, life, relationships, etc, for months or years at a time.

existential depression is still selfishness. A desperate sense of entitlement. "surely this is all for me. I'm so important" then resignation in self pity even without emotion.

comes from your mind, moreover how you perceive your own life.
you have to learn to be ok with what you have, sounds stupid, but it is that simple.
thinking about bad shit in the past and worrying about the future isn't healthy for you.
these doctors throwing all these pills at people is all for the money, whether the doctor knows it or not.

All of these. There's no one cause, but multiple compounding causes.
Usually the root of all of them is compounded trauma and unintegrated grief, which is also a cause of anger. This in turn makes it harder to take care of themselves causing their body to atrophy meaning their physical and mental state worsens.

A friend with severe depression was constantly tired no matter how long he slept. I eventually got him to start taking supplements to help with his sleep and brain health. Began with magnesium citrate, but also got him to start taking vitamin D as well as copper and Thyanine and valerian.
After the Thyanine he told me "I wake up, and I don't want to die."
He's still depressed, but the fact that he's getting more sleep has resulted in more energy and feeling less like shit. He has less migraine now and craves less caffeine. It wasn't a cure but it made his life much more livable.

disturbances in your GI flora caused by frankenfood sending messed up signals to your CNS via your ENS and the vagus nerve. So much of what you think you are is just bacteria spewing neurotransmitters into your gut to reward you for eating (feeding them), punish you (dissuade you from things that are harmful to them), and those signals being received by your enteric nervous system ENS transmitted by the vagus nerve, to modulate your central nervous system CNS and influence your higher functions

you are literally a meat puppet for bacteria, viruses, mold and slime

depressed people literally have a GI colonized by bacteria that has evolved to make them depressed. Swap it out, either by killing it off and changing your diet so it is recolonized by new bacteria, or kill it off and receive a transplant from a skinny normal well adjusted person, and the problems can be solved

Swap it out, either by killing it off and changing your diet so it is recolonized by new bacteria, or kill it off and receive a transplant from a skinny normal well adjusted person, and the problems can be solved

it's a huge rabbit hole and series of red pills. you don't have to believe me you can spend a couple hours doing basic research answering questions like:

what is the enteric nervous system?
      what is the vagus nerve?
where are the majority of neurotransmitters in the body located?

      which leads to questions like:

where is the primary area of action of anti-depressants?
why does the government subsidize foods that make you sad and unhealthy?

and then fricking existential questions like:

am i in control of my own existence?
are my attitudes, moods, behaviors, preferences a result of fricking bacteria in my gut?

which is interesting because, maybe we cant make choices, maybe most of what we do is actually reactive...but if we get a chance to start eating different foods and alter our chemical make up with pharmas/drugs, and alter our core beliefs/mental models through education/experience; then we can start to exhibit a whole new array of reactions and responses, and if they lead us to better outcomes, it can start a positive feedback loop.

So maybe we're not in 'control' most of the time, and maybe it'd be exhausting if we were, and maybe it's more a matter of identifying some sort of inflection points in our lives where we can at least alter our trajectory?

        IDFK dude...

        >am i in control of my own existence?
        >are my attitudes, moods, behaviors, preferences a result of fricking bacteria in my gut?
I've thought about this a lot. It really is disturbing to think how much our emotions are determined by diet and digestion
I'll notice when im stressed or anxious instant pain and gas in my gut.
Or if i eat any food that disrupts digestion my stress increases
Now you add in the sexual impulse and it becomes clear how little we are in control over our selves

Which is why you should meditate and stop identifying yourself with your feelings and impulses to avoid becoming a "puppet". We are just temporary visitors in these flesh suits.

    King Rael (formerly King Paimon)

If any of you are getting the Psychological Hammer after attempting the use of the Solomonic Keys, I advise you all, if interested, to recite
    >Psalm 22

End it by stating that you seek the help of Yeshua the Nazarene and follow it up with a thank you to the Ancient of Days/God Almighty, this is not relegated to only Monotheism as the Son encompasses several figures in past religions though it is unnecessary for me to name specific names.

This is up to the discretion of they who need the assistance or cessation of the Trial By Fire Attacks.

It would be a waste if one asked for a complete cessation this it is intended for the Archangels of Torment to guide the individuals towards the goal so that they work with the subject in a more feasible manner.

End it with, for example, with:
"Thank you oh Stranger in the Night who watches over me, Thoth, who was and is the Nazarene, Yeshua the Son sent by the Father from beyond the Heavens of the Archons."

Ganesh, Iktomi, Loki or other names may be a good stand-in instead of Thoth depending of the nature of how and what type of Trial By Fire aggressions were implemented.

The prayers will give the Lord(s) of the Tetragrammaton the notice that the Archangel Spirit work with the subjects in mutuality to help adjust a more sensible Acolyte to Teacher relationship.

    Thank you,
    Amen-Tet!

Depression is a mind problem so meditation will cure it without fail.
You are not the mind, but if you identify with a fricked up mind then you will suffer, maybe call yourself depressed because that's what you experience.

These people are all stupid OP. Depression is environmental. It's happens when people are genocided. It happens more when the people have cognitive dissonance that their life is relatively good.
Many will cope with distractions. Those that know it's all a distraction have no allies. They are alone with the entire system against them. Trapped in the spiders web with no way out. It's not their fault they stop fighting when it becomes hopeless.

You first need to figure out what is causing it since there's a wide array of vectors which can be potentiating the depression. From toxic environment whether psychological, physiological, even spiritual or interpersonal.
A shotgun approach is getting your lymphatic system flowing, taking care of your diet, doing a little bit (at the very least) of exercise, pushing yourself to self care as well as improving your inner monologue. Reducing your exposure to toxic media and people is recommended too.

I will take all of your advice into consideration and will do my best to fix the issue. I already workout 5 days a week and am currently on a diet to lose weight. I currently eat probiotics such as sauerkraut and non fat Greek yogurt and will add probiotics to strengthen the good bacteria in my gut. Thanks for the advice.

Probiotics don't do much, you want sporebiotics that survive into the guts.

Fasting and detox. Try carnivore/keto for a month after that, just to help reset the guts without inflammatory foods like grains. You can add Probiotic food like kefir, sauerkraut etc. I suppose.

Antibiotics are a big culprit in wrecking gut health.

    Colors blind the eye.
    Sounds deafen the ear.
    Flavors numb the taste.
    >Thoughts weaken the mind.
    Desires wither the heart.
    The Master observes the world
    but trusts his inner vision.
He allows things to come and go.
His heart is open as the sky.

So drawing from wisdom, it is the restless desireful mind which disturbs the heart. Also Sunlight and consuming non-inflammatory food is crucial as other anons mentioned.
