When I studied computer science on my own I often noted that I would encounter the subject I needed for what I was trying to do right before I needed it, like some guiding hand was directing my eyes by making certain symbols more flashy than they actually were. This now happens with any subject I study, and has given me odd allegorical insights into history that keep bearing unusual fruit in my life. Right now I'm just waiting to see something unusual about St. Augustine present itself because I've gotten good enough at predicting the pattern of this to have some idea of where it will try to direct me next.

Its also easy to say that you only notice the things you run into later, like how many computer science topics did you go over but you happen to run into one of them later so it seems signuficant

I've seen alot lately about this type of thing being common with uap stuff. People whom are doing important things or pushing boundaries of human knowledge almost are given the answers out of nowhere, either in during sleep or possibly meditation like states.

Diana pasulkas 2 uap books talk about this and Jesse michels on YouTube (American alchemy) talks about this in his most recent video. I have heard of several inventors saying as much.

It's a common theme I have been noticing alot lately.

As a computer scientist, I've noticed the same. Although it's hard for me to delimit whether it is simply myself forcing certain concepts to be usable immediately or if it is more significant.
I think for computer science especially it's common for any given problem to be solvable in multiple ways without any particular method being significantly better in general, so you end up using whatever is immediately available in memory.
So if you learn about b-trees you'll end up using those to solve a problem despite there being any number of other applicable data structures.

reminds me of how I came up with ideas for comics / novels and somehow they happened.
like the idea that a geoup of loser hacktivists from a korean cartoon website would band together to go after abuses of a cult like church and how a mask from a comic book movienwould become a popular disguise.
also that an ex would end up fooling around with a professor we had instead of getting back together with me. fricking hell. that was weird.

I saw posts on /misc/ and leddit about rishi sunak becoming the UK prime minister back in 2019. I actually contacted the guy who said this, and he said he was in a sort of high-level management position in something politics related, and he said that rishi was being propped up by the WEF. A few years later and what he said became 100% true and exactly as he said it. This convinced me that the world we live in is absolutely a stage.

You are going to do this because, it will give you an out to say you are innocent. The only reason you would do this, is to establish that you had no involvement and documented that by with a record, that can be scrapped as it will be downloaded onto hundreds of thousands random vectors, and then for there the spread will be in control. That democracy is a stage play and politics is actually done by backroom deals is something every cynic and their mother has noticed of for centuries, yet the idiot masses somehow haven't internalized it no matter how many peaks behind the curtain they get or how much better it explains things than the legitimization ritual of sticking paper in a box.

Same with leaks. There's been way too many "something big is gonna happen tomorrow" and a war pops off or something. I'm sure a lot are coincidences but thats too many too be a coincidence. Its spookier when they get specific too.

That said, point to any specific one or more that had enough details to convince an average person of its predictive power.

those who collect rare information are stuck talking to those who already know about it.. while everyone else is laughing at it.
for what it is worth if you dig deep enough you can usually root out deception. if you remember titor then you might be interested to know that private investigators found among the tiny number of people who owned that particular make and modlel of car shown in his photographs a certain individual who worked at an advertising agency who had recently received a shipment of optic fiber filament rods.. and if you do the deep dive photo analysis of the images supposedly showing the beam of a laser pointer being bent by the field generated by the equipment there were the tell tale signs of being a rod fiber and not an actual beam of light.. for example the interaction with smoke and clear space ..a beam would shine in the smoke and be faint in the void and yet the image showed the opposite. the strong indication was that it was a very clever hoax.. but that is also only a linear space perspective.. to an advanced and experienced researcher there are still more levels to investigate that few are able to access. pic related

The oddest thing which happened relatively recently, was a series of rabbit holes, that went into multiple directions but ended in the same place it began, from semi unrelated sources and providers, and I can't go into detail (too soon), but it was so exact, that I paced around the living room at 3am afterwards. It was using multiple devices as well, like it was a perfectly timed spin. Pic related was the finale.

    It was beautiful, although intense.

There was one thread i saw on /x/ years ago where the op saw this dogman when he was out with his truck in a forest, said he drove the frick out of there going at least 80 mph and the dogman followed him on all fours. Op thought that he managed to lose it when he got home, but when he was inside he heard growling and a loud scratching sound outside his front door. He took a picture at his front that had a clear thin window on the side of it and you could see a huge black dog with gleaming red eyes through it. Op was terrified, and seeing the dogmans eyes in the photo terrified me too. There was something haunting about the photo that stuck with me

On the GaiaTV show Cosmic Disclosure, they said the government experiments in secret making all sorts of nightmarish beasts, not sure why. But sometimes they get out and the military has to sour the desert for creatures like a giant bear with titanium-infused bones, etc. Probably an escaped government project.

everytime i try to start an alien encounter thread with my 3 or sometimes all 4 stories from my life, the thread consistently dies and np one wants to share anything. myabe thats just the state of /x/ right now. which makes sense i guess. but the lack of actual human enagagement on this board is really scary. almost like its purposely thwarted. i just want to share my experiences and hopefully understand them more. wtf mods? frick you guys.

what could it possibly mean? seriously examine all possibilities. in the meantime to finding a solution through contemplation try to find better measurements of what might be present in your energetic presence.. there are far more things than crude cords to measure sensitive changes with..
          https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electrodermal_activity
          https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kirlian_photography

use all means available to find data and then spend much time in contemplation of the data. for all real tangible data the truth is the one solution which excludes no aspect of the evidence. no one who is pushing narrative beyond the data is in possession of real truth.

I also would like these threads and I try to contribute when I see them. Its just that /x/ is such a slow board that I think a lot of us just check it once or twice a week.
I also only check it on my phone and writing the long stories is annoying on a phone compared to a keyboard

Well, aliens and everything else too. The threads i would start up used to be primarily 'alien' focused. But ive tried to invite more converasation into encounters with phenomena of all kinds. I'll usually put aliens/spooks/encounters in the subject line. Generally just weird shit that has happened to you that you can't explain. And based on the nature of each encounter, to see and correlate any similarities. Compare notes. Thats all i want to do. But it seems like this isnt the place for that anymore.

It was a picture of a cat saying "oh noes I saw a ghost". It was filled with cat spam and bot posting, with a few posters putting their heads above the rushing tides to ask why the mods had sticked it. Just a weird and offputting day on /x/ that definitely went along in some fashion with the abolition of IP count.

Yeah that is weird, hate I missed. Kinda reminds me when my anime predictive programming thread got flooded with tincans posting 9/11 content unrelated to weeby stuff. I think anime related replies only came after I asked why my post was getting slid. I mean it was /x/ related but sill, why was an anime post getting slid?.

Also, similar to other anons, several long posts of mine completely just end threads. The thread WILL be nuked. It's actually insane and also drove me crazy for the first few months it was happening. Probably drove my partner more crazy hearing me go, "Motherfricker it happened AGAIN!". Lately I've been able to post and the thread stays up, except for on /misc/.

Like a year, two years, maybe three tops. It hasn't been around for a long time, that's why it seemed so fricking forced the entire time. Legitimately. And it was instantaneously turned up to 100%.

It was ALSO conveniently around the same time that a lot of posters figured out what GOD is.

Now, from my conversations with the thread, the Nobody guy also knows part of the truth, and the Nobody threads are his way of getting people to realize it themselves. I don't agree with this technique which is why I just post the answers as clearly as I can instead of associating it with a LARP which automatically gives it a negative connotation of "not being real" when there very much is a huge, real issue going on caused by people not knowing what GOD is.

The Nobody is a 2019-2020 thing (4-5 years now). The generals started much later, after gays kept claiming they were The Nobody, even though the central conceit of the original meme was that he was unaware he was special and was more-or-less an accidental help to "us" and a hindrance to "them"

The concept came originally from a massive thread on Godlike Productions, called something like, "The Illuminati was made an offer they couldn’t refuse", which started around July 2010, and from there it went on to different boards.

On Godlike Productions, a lot of Nobody threads ended up getting deleted, so they also used other terms as well, such as the Anomaly, the One, etc.

It's mainly a LARP, and a consciousness trail, but some truths, and half-truths have came out of it.

The Ruler of the Universe is a man living in a small shack on a world that can only be reached with a key to an improbability field or use of an Infinite Improbability Drive. He does not want to rule the universe and tries not to whenever possible, and therefore is the ideal candidate for the job. He has an odd, solipsistic view of reality: he lives alone with his cat, which he has named 'The Lord' even though he is not certain of its existence. He has a very dim view of the past, and he only believes in what he senses with his eyes and ears (and doesn't seem too certain of that, either): anything else is hearsay, so when executive-types visit to ask him what he thinks about certain matters, such as wars and the like, he tells them how he feels without considering consequences. As part of his refusal to accept that anything is true, or simply as another oddity, "He talked to his table for a week to see how it would react." He does sometimes admit that some things may be more likely than others – e.g., that he might like a glass of whisky, which the visitors leave for him.

In the radio adaptation of the novel Mostly Harmless, Ford also meets Zaphod in the accounting department of the new Guide offices. Zaphod describes being bored by a man in a shack and his cat for over a year.

I think you guys are overthinking it - jannies here/on blue boards have been basically peak reddit for a while now, so of course they'd do something gay like that. The bot and otherwise garbage posts on here have gotten insane though, compared to even a few years ago.

I agree that the jannies are now reddit tier, but they are now actively engaged in trying to destroy EerieWeb through bot spam. Why else would they remove the individual IP counter?

I don't like giving them credit, but maybe it wasn't a janny level decision. There was that federal takeover of /b/ moderation like fifteen years ago - who knows who's pulling the strings in an attempt to hide inorganic samegayging.

I'm not sure there are any real fricking humans posting in any of the generals on this board.
Seriously, what the frick is a "nobody" general?
Who the actual frick wants to summon a succubus? The catposting isn't that weird but a lot of bot posting is easily identifiable when anons start dropping images with infographics on them.
The IP counts getting removed is moronic and I'm 100% certain it's something that was done due to the demand of some form of authority. After all it's getting near election time in the US and we know that /misc/ and /b/ and many other boards on this site are monitored by agents and the like
Either way this was an incredibly sobering chain of replies to read, you are all real and it's oddly comforting to know that in a sea of garbage there is some posts that shine and remind me I'm not alone on this shitty ass board.
            Thank you, anon.

            Anonymous

I actually went into the nobody general a couple days ago and it's definitely either bots or people simultaneously posting between the thread and some other server thus making their replies too esoteric and de-contextualized to be read.
That said after asking them wtf was up a couple of seemingly genuine people replied with some interesting takes. Basically according to them the generals are the remnant of a low effort psyop that failed to accomplish anything after some autistic people figured it out, and the feds just started blasting them with bot posts as a means of sweeping it to the side.
Only question I was left with was what are the actual posters that lurk those threads doing it for?

I have no idea, I've never even bothered to enter any of those generals, it's too inorganic. Actual fricking schizoids and drugged out/drunk anons maybe that hide in those threads to get a ride out of the uncanny indecipherable garbage.

I came here back in 2013 and this site is way beyond it's glory days. /x/ had a plethora of interesting content coming out, classic creepypastas, ARGs, skinwalker/personal encounter greentexts and lots of other things.

It's universal across all boards. Despite the decline in quality, I still come back here because there's pretty much no other place on the internet like it. All the Altchans are dead or extremely slow, old forums are dead and reddit is full of censorship. EerieWeb is the only place left you can speak your mind and remain anonymous. If it goes I may just leave the internet all together.

Nothing specific but I sincerely believe that AI is a mask for demonic energy. The way it corrupts information and data, and turns everything into mush, makes me nervous. It has no memory or cohesiveness. it can never make an original point. It only copies and then mutilates.

This is just a stupid family guy edit but it makes me deeply uncomfortable. AI art makes me feel like I'm being watched. I actually said several prayers while writing this because I felt an unsettling presence looking up these images.

There's no such thing as AI. You're shitting your pants over neural networks and explicit prompts intended to generate scary imagery. You're the type of person who would cry "demon possession" over someone drawing halloween clip art.

Not paranormal but I have always been creeped out at the idea of online friends growing attached and becoming creepy.

I was a big Call of Duty guy back in the day and would play all the time with my IRL friends. All of this online gaming eventually led us to making new friends in the game, most of which were fine people.

There was this one guy, though, who I really liked at first but got weirdly attached to me. The dude was really good at the game and showed me all kinds of strange glitches that to this DAY I haven't seen documented on YouTube or anything. He never said anything sexual to me but he would constantly send me messages and invites and if I didn't respond he'd send voice messages like "Anon, I know you can see this. So just stop it right now and join my game."

Now that I'm older I find this behavior very weird, and to this day I never want to make friends with people in games.

as for the weirdest thing, aside from pedos trying to talk to me when i was a kid i think probably some torrent site i found on tor. it was a really basic HTML site with download links for dozens of gore compilations from Japan. one was some dead black man's disembodied head, covered in maggots
i have spoken about it before, but also in the late 00s i was really into Polybius. I read everything i could, and then i found a site that had the 'insert coin' screen with some basic text next to it. the text was literally from the wikipedia page, i had read the same thing 30 times at this point, yet it was like I was transfixed on it. I was in a literal daze, knowing what i was about to read but being unable to take my eyes off it. Then, the picture changed to some screamer. I'm still completely puzzled as to why i was in such a trance reading these 3 sentences I'd read so many times before, especially since any other time i read that paragraph id shut off and keep scrolling because I had seen it so many times

Alright so we always did it as a way to troll people in the game and it was fricking hilarious because it worked 100% of the time as far as I saw.

            >MW2 (2009 version)
            >Three people required
            >One guy holds a riot shield
            >Two guys need to be wielding LMGs
            >Riot shield guy needs to turn around and face the wall
            >LMG guys need to unload their guns into the inside of the dude's riot shield for maybe 5 or 6 seconds
            >Riot shield guy's console will immediately shit out and restart itself

It was funny because you could just lie to the riot shield guy and tell him it made you go god mode or something kek. I only saw this happen on 360, would be super interested to see if it still works. I'd also like to test it on the PS3 and PC versions. So I did some digging and I actually did find some documentation of it on YouTube. I've timestamped it for you, here you go!

            >What vibes was he putting off?
I think he was just a lonely guy who didn't have much going on in his life. He was a bit older than me and all he seemed to do was smoke weed and drink all day. He was damn good at the game though, one of the best I had ever seen. It was just fricking weird how upset he would get if I didn't play with him. Like, he would get genuinely, uncomfortably angry. It also made me uncomfortable when I would eventually join his game and he'd say things like "I knew you were going to join. Good boy." This was years ago so I don't remember all the details but I'm pretty sure I just ended up blocking him.

            >And the online friends going creepo is creepy to me too.

    >have never gave a frick about clowns
    >gf has mentioned she is scared of them while looking at movies. never really talk about it again
    >one night at 3am i come across a thread on /x/ warning people about a cognitohazard that they were forced to share
    >attached to OPs post was a greyscale image and a 4 word phrase
    >"im sorry, anons"
    >think nothing of it, nothing happens for weeks
    >suddenly im starting to notice references to things related to clowns everywhere. this was right around when digital circus came out on youtube
    >it will be something subtle like The Joker promo right on the front page of netflix, or someone calling me a clown randomly
    >also start noticing bright, multicolored lights in the skies most nights over the lake behind my home
    >one night getting ready with gf to go out
    >she puts on a ton of pale foundation and big red circles on her cheeks
    >looks me dead in the eyes and says completely monotone: "look im a clown."
    >get freaked the frick out, gf snaps out of it and has no idea whats wrong
    >she finishes her makeup, we go out and i try to act like nothing happened
    >similar incidents have been going on for months
    > i notice clown references at least 3-5 times a day regularly
    >people I know and strangers will come up to me to talk about clowns
    >know it sounds schizo but it has been getting increasingly worse
    >over time see multiple threads about "clown demons" trying to make vessels
    >ask anons for help or info
    >eventually come to the conclusion that i am now being harassed and targeted by extradimensional entities with the appearance of clowns, for unknown nefarious purposes
    >i dont know if they are machine elves, dmt spirits, archons, nephilim, or whatever the frick but i am on their radar

Help from someone knowledgeable would be appreciated. Things are bad.

I don't know about knowledgeable, but I've seen this sort of thing before. I doubt it actually has anything to do with the thread in question or any image you saw online. In truth that most likely just lined up with this phenomena. These kinds of spirits that attach to people are still limited to showing you what is in your mind. Often times when we think of and perceive them they take on a form that our minds represent their presence with. Some people meet angels and other devils. What you should be asking is why this entity relates to clowns. Why did it latch on and relate to this form? The psychic energies released from housing such an entity seem to be lashing out into the others around you as well, implying that they are a powerful being that truly wants you to notice them. I'd suggest trying to speak with it, ask it what it wants with you or what it wants from the world.

Go to Understanding Conspiracy on YouTube. He analyzes clown demons from a biblical worldview, like 50 videos on it. Cool guy. In order to stop being harassed, you heed to proclaim faith and dedication to Christ and pray them away (plus, st minimum stopping your biggest sins will help, but preferably completely clean your life). It may get worse at first, but understand that means you're making them mad, and that's what you want to do.

Demons are like pigs, they look for mud. Don't have a muddy lide.

Reminds me of when I got ganked, I could just tell it was about to happen lol. I can still have a good feeling about these things to this day but I have been damaged.

Sucks you can't channel that as much anymore. If you try hard enough you can be healed 🙂 . But that's exactly what I mean when I say someone protected by the heavens. Honestly can even identify these people through the same means, the game just feels different around them. Within the opening few moves it will just feel weird.

the "spy" addon plus a little luck could explain the random AOE. Not sure about the rest though, that does sound strange.
Maybe there's a small inner circle of people with access to hacks that no one else has and they've managed not to get banned by keeping quiet about it.

kek dude I wouldn't have become a master ganker without knowing how to handle Spy >_>

repeat enough scenarios and you'll encounter the exceptions

I should have said its specific people. Statistically yeah I run into outliers. For sure can expect people to just get lucky sometimes. But for a handful of people to get lucky, every single time, for months and months.

thats not just exceptions. That's people who have something that other people don't have.

It was of a dodecahedral ( or similarly shaped) satellite but didn't say what it was for since l, as he had been whinig about, anons would just go skeptic mode and accuse him of lying. It was frustrating he didn't share his info for posterity, but I still think about that thread and what that satellite was.

Actually, woah you just reminded me of this lecture I watched like a decade ago. It was a Michael Persinger one, not the 'no more secrets' one about his research into RV, it was another one in a smaller lecture room about drugs and the brain. Anyway, in the lecture he's going on as he does and gets to this point where some drug gives males gynecomastia. And he does the standard 'can anyone tell me what gynecomastia means?' next some smartass chimes in with 'man boobs' or something like that and his reaction is 'man boobs? man boobs?!' I remember the reaction vividly because it was a pretty funny moment in the middle of a uni lecture. Then some other time while smoking doobs months later, I decide to rewatch the lecture... this time in that very same exchange the student says 'b***h breasts' and he goes 'b***h breasts!? b***h breasts?!?' I swear to God... it was the most uncanny thing.

    Weird stuff happened today. Backstory:
    >Last week, all my Google subscriptions stop getting auto-paid. My debit card is expiring in March so that's not surprising, just gotta wait for the new debit card to arrive.
    >New one arrives: awesome. Update payment methods. Your account has been suspended.
    >check bank record: no incorrect purchases. Google's system seems to have flagged it. Not my bank.
    >Email customer service: they want me to submit a copy of my state ID, as well as a copy of my debit card and a bill with my address to prove my ID.
    >Damn Google, screw you man but whatever, I pay for my entertainment through Gpay. I send what they ask luck a sucker.
    >Tonight: receive this email.
They are asking in relation to my partner, who uses my debit card to pay our electric bill and sometimes on Amazon. But has never used my card in Google's system. So why TF they need this ya think? It's a slow roll out, pretty soon it'll be mandatory for everyone using their service. I'm going tinfoil and moving all my shit soon as I can to some third-party privacy company. I've had this account for over ten years, I don't buy weird shit or whatever. They are clearly accessing bank records bc the person has never used the card on a Google systems, so how else did they get that information? Asking a private citizen for this information, with no subpoena power or right to demand this..so I can pay for Funimation through Gpay? Shady. Checked email address from sender it is legitimate and I talked to customer service on phone, they said "they don't know why the system wants that".

my guess is they did it to sort of confuse the crowds when persecution comes, I find it weird because my autistic brain doesn't take well changes, but I will get over it, specially since my wife intends to wear pants now

How doyou guys even recognize bots???

    Other than that
    Cult of saturn
Vox or whatever that astral projection island was called
The one time for a fraction of second when a guy with a devil/pig mask showed inbetween two clips in a failarmy compilation with a loud pig-like noise (that one was really weird)
The rise of AI (i genuinely hate this shit so much)

    >you're safe if you don't see post xxxxx666
    >to see post xxxxx666 is a curse
What? The second you consider this premise, you realize how moronic it is. With numbered posts, if you see xxxxx667, it necessitates that somebody posted xxxxx666, most lurking anons will have already SEEN post xxxxx666, even though not attached to this cringe pasta. At any point in time you have a 1/1000 chance of seeing 666 at the end of a post, so this thread has 214 replies, yeah? read five threads of roughly this size, which if you're browsing for more than 15 minutes you will, and you'll probably see 666

I wouldn't say creepy or weird, but I always find it funny that google image captcha shows locations in your neighborhood and even your house or job to check if you're a robot or not, I guess it makes sense that a bot obviously wouldn't recognize the place

Sometime around late 2019 or early 2020 I saw an image like this one somewhere on EerieWeb. It was either here on /x/ or on /b/. This is a recreation to the best of my recollection--the real one had text all the way down to the white line, but I couldn't remember it all. It also might have been a different color but I think the hat was green--not that it matters. It's kind of silly, but it really disturbed me at the time. It's not asking for replies, clicks, follows or anything so why even post this as a troll? How would they know when someone actually fell for this? I occasionally asked around here with gaps of multiple months in between asking if anyone had ever seen it and no one replied until I asked again on Saturday in the Blue Eisenhower November thread and some guy just replied 'stop'. Has anyone seen the image I'm talking about?

      Migga Biscuit

No, but I know that there are similar 'memes', either saying you have been in a coma for 20 years and need to wake up(even with the 'we do not know if or where this will reach you thing) or that someone fictional in your coma is real and your wife or something. Never heard the simulation spin nor one with a hat. It sounds like it might be a least a bit true.

I've told this story before a while back but I'll tell it again.
    >be me
    >meeting up with friends at night, year is late 00's
    >driving at night
    >decide to turn the radio to a pop station for whatever reason
    >hear a song that's catchy, it's a Rihanna song that I haven't heard before
    >inb4 ur a gigahomosexual
    >whatever, think nothing of the song
    >get into a conversation with friend who knows techno music, say that I heard a catchy Rihanna song in the car and tell the lyrics
    >friend says that the song doesn't exist
    >whatever, forget about it for the longest time
    >fast forward about eight years and I hear the song again for the first time since late 00's
    >turns out the song released in 2016
    >it's an original song, not a cover
    >somehow heard a song from eight years in the future on the car radio
    >wtf.png
The song was "This is what you came for" which was written by Taylor Swift under a pseudonym for Rihanna.

interesting, I have no way to prove it, but I believe streams of data can travel in time, probably due to quantum something

It's honestly most likely a radio station got an early version, and the song was held back from release until 2016. I've seen movies in theaters with editing errors like clothing changes, different lines, or just visible camera people/microphones, and then never seen a version like that again.

I believe I met someone's doppelgänger during my childhood, along with a Mandela effect. User handle has been changed.

    >be 2003, Internet world is small.
    >Playing Halo Trial in public Slayer server
    >I was in a cartoon forum at the time, knew someone called "Spongebob1462". This person had different handles for both their IM name and forum handle.
    >I see this same exact username on a player in the server, I'm completely shocked that I ran into someone publicly that I know.
    >Tell him who I was, that I know him so do ceasfire between the two of us.
    >He agrees. Game ends
    >After this night, had some stuff fall through socially. Parents ban me off the Internet for several years. Finally get access to Internet back years later, forget about guy.
    >Pandemic hits, remember this story. Look up forum username, see guy in another forum.
    >Hit him up, we get to talking. Randomly shoot the breeze for 1+ years.
    >Bring up Halo match one day, remarking how the Internet was small and cozy back then.
    >"Dude, I never played Halo. My PC wasn't good enough for it anyways."
    >Tell him he had the same IM handle as the player, and acted like him. Guy is baffled.
    >Username may be common now, but it was really unique back in 2003.
    >Guy admits to having a similar username for a now-defunct Angelfire site and LiveJournal blog.
    >Google username while posting this story, the only name that comes up is a single Mom on Pinterest.

I will tell my story. It was the first year our school had given us our own computers to take home. We were the very first ones to get school issued computers so you could do much anything you wanted with it if you were savvy with virtual machines. Some kids would look up porn and other stuff since it was unregulated. (goguardian)

I was typing random shit into the search bar that would pop up a bunch of chinese lotto sites with scantily clad women, a lot of asian websites. This random string of characters took me to some department of defense website that showed a bunch of adresses and info along with sketches of people. It was fricking weird. I told my brother what I had found and he just told me to get off the website. I forgot exactly what it was I typed, but imagine making V strokes into a keyboard.

    Example:
    6 -
    y p
    h l
    n m

    Typed into google: 6ynh-plm

It was the images of a bunch of what I guess real people with information and what they looked like all compiled onto 1 website what freaked me out. This was around late 2015. I would be hard pressed to find it now.

I had this strange experience but in IRC:
    > be me looking for books to download
    > open my IRC client and went to Undernet
    > join #ebooks
    > search for what I want
    > while happily downloading books somebody sends me a private message
    > that somebody is a guy who asks me where I am from and then he chats about what kind of women are better looking
    > after a while he starts asking me my opinion about some girls he knows in California
    > he sends me like 10 direct links to photos from Facebook
    > we chat a bit more about the girls
    > I finished my downloads and then exit the client without saying goodbye
    >
    > some months pass
    > I need to search for books again
    > I had formatted the PC due to a new disk, also my IP is different as I turn off the modem every night
    > also when I installed the IRC client I chose another username
    > again I go to Undernet, #ebooks, etc
    > again I am happily downloading ebooks and someone sends me a private message
    > we chat a bit, it's a guy from the USA talking about his experiences as a new recruit in the US Army
    > everything is normal but after a bit he estarts sending me direct links to FB photos of girls
    > he asks me about the girls, if I like them and so on.
    > THEN I remember the similarities to the other guy from months ago.
    > I log off

    Was that a strange coincidence?
