Chi

I realized chi is probably real.
There's no point in your existence when you "don't have energy" versus when you "have energy". Energy is always coursing through your being, everything else is just a mood. Feeling energy or not is like a sentiment, an emotion, not a fact or a true state of existence. As a fitizen, I realized there's never a lack of "energy" for a workout, that feeling only comes packed with laziness m, but never a true lack of actual energy coursing through your body. Energy always exists for as long as you are alive. That's simply chi, life force, whatever.

Where can I study and read more about it, and how to utilize it properly?

firstly, the denser a material the higher its energy, you dont need shit anime would animate as glowing 'something' to find energy in the body. however if you seek high end cultivation techniques, consumption is The original sin we have all inherited and repeat, everything you consume has 2 intervals, a short that builds you up, and a long term interval that breaks you down. consumption has many side effects, one, of particular relevant, you have to inhale oxygen to bind to carbon waste from metabolize then exhale. for fun imagine the triboelectric effects of oxygen moving over the lungs cilia as oxygen vs carbon dioxide if you wish too find a biological means of electrical energy induction, ie prana, the life giving breath.

Of course you can have a lack of energy without being lazy. If you hardly eat then there won't be enough energy there for you. Or if you run 100 km then when you get home you'll probably be out of energy

Even then I would argue there's never a lack of energy. There's other factors like cellular overstimulation fatigue, lactic acid accumulation, ion deficiency through loss, tissue microdamage, decay and structural deterioration.
But NEVER a lack of energy. In fact I'd say your inner life force/energy is eternal and infinite.

        physically, absolutely not
spiritually, it depends if that trip through the big bang needs to be avoided or not once your trip around the entire block is completed
because the big bang is perpetual and its the center of the universe-torus

All the energy in the universe already exists in altered states, like an ocean just moving its waves. The waves are not new water, just the same water in an altered state versus the otherwise state. It's just that the universe is infinitely more complex, but the basics are the same.
There is no fricking way all the energy innate to the human is going to just *poof* once you're dead.
Anyway that's fairly obvious to anyone /x/ inclined I think. So where can I learn more about chi and how to harness it? Sometimes, when there's enough awareness coursing through me, I recognize the immense almost limitless energy that I am capable of moving and altering around, like I am within that ocean and I can instantly generate a tsunami. But how do I put that feeling into action/motion?

            >There is no fricking way all the energy innate to the human is going to just *poof* once you're dead.
the full achievement is made by harnessing both the physical & spiritual
when you die, the energy of your physical body winds down
this is why the Tibetans leave the body sit for 3 days
this is also why abrahamists tell you to go to the light and run away from it all quickly and abandon these collapsing energy potentials (so that something else takes advantage of these collapsing energy potentials besides you) instead of you being able to harvest and harness them to have more of an ability to choose your next incarnation
there are energy cultivations that can be done on top of meditation that will convey siddhis once you make real progress
what they are determines the form the siddhis will take
but as ohm's law states, you'll never have high amplitude without reducing resistance

there's the baseline everyone is born with
and then there's the above baseline level that requires cultivation
    inner power is not muscular

the words of olfactoryanon are a good beginning
    they are the proper beginning
because you need to lower the noise floor to identify the signal you want to enhance

First study Chinese astrology, then the I Ching, then the meridians of TCM. At that point you will know where to go to pursue practice of esoteric Qi Gong.

I don't know about that energy always being there but certainly there is physical energy and the sort of mental one. Brain is lazy, wants everything done in low power mode by default.
