As a chemistry/biology B.S, I started listening as a friend recommended I listened and verify whether his statements regarding chemistry have any merit. I shared it with some of my classmates, and we all suffered from the brain rot.

20 minutes in and anyone with a basic knowledge of carbon and hydrogen spectroscopy will know that he is absolutely off his rocker. Along with the countless other flat out incorrect statements regarding chemical structure and vibrational orientation.

To the uneducated mind, this man probably sounds brilliant, but in actuality, it’s a the equivalent of a schizposting instagram comment section.

Don’t even get me started on his claims surrounding physics.

Please, listen to that show for entertainment only.

I'm sorry, but I have actually heard Terrence Howard speak in person. He is a complete self-righteous idiot who thinks he has all the answers. Me, as well as others in the crowd simply had on the most confused face, and it was absolutely not because his thoughts were too advanced. We looked confused because nothing he said made sense. Like, at all.

Under his Wikipedia entry section titled “Unusual Beliefs”
      > In May 2024, Howard was a guest at The Joe Rogan Experience, where he attempted to debunk the Pythagorean theorem, claimed he can kill gravity, doesn't believe in the number zero, and remembers the events of the day he was born. Michelle Del Rey, writing for The Independent characterized Howard's beliefs as "bizarre" and "outlandish".

Honestly, this sounds like a case where he’s obviously wrong. But is way cooler than the people laughing at him due to his immense and fascinating schizo power.

What terrence missed, and I believe physics is missing is this: There are no circles. There are no squares. There is a dissonance between both representations, or in another sense, a distortion between 2d and 3d translations...or eucldean and reimann space (if i could use an undeveloped example). His point, and to Tesla's point, is that there is a whole missing area of understanding that is not being studied. Over a large enough area, curves are lines. He hamfists this idea as "1x1=2" (which is ridiculous if given a frame of reference, i.e. euclidean space) but that representation ignores the reality of the thing. We are chasing the truth, and it's both, and nothing.

I'd bet my life that Neil deGrasse Tyson wouldn't put himself in that position for a million dollars. All throughout history, science has been proven wrong by new science. I mean, people used to think the Earth was flat after all. We are constantly learning and things change, theories are proven to be false. Even if Howard is full of shit, you have to admit that you intellectuals are so scared of having your entire belief system/lifes work proven wrong. No one will give him the time of day for this reason alone.

Yet they would never do it for fear of making their community look bad. The complete dismissal of Howard and the ideas he puts out there is a big reason why I believe him.
