What if all of those places are just remnants of Christ's millennial reign? I mean aside from the US, you will find a ton of beautiful works like these even in the most odd far away locations. They tell us about European colonization and whatnot, but it doesn't really make sense as to why Europeans would build so many cool things in the colonies if they were supposedly brutal.

Look at the obvious gap in soul between the old and the new. Even the new architecture that is massively technically impressive and boasts good design isn't close to capturing the beauty, soul, and nobility.

it displayed pictures of buildings, models of buildings and statues of buildings) was used for 9 months, then after multiple attempts at demolition abandoned for decades, it was in a swamp quite a way from the city at the time.

            >was used for 9 months
...During the fair, at which time it was the arts building, part of the reason it was constructed of brick basically due to to insurance concerns.
_After_ the fair it became the Colombian museum of Chicago museum, eventually changed to the Field Museum. The Field museum moved to new quarters in _1920-21_. _That's_ went it was abandoned...for all of 13 years, initially reopening in 1933 for the Century Of Progress Exposition. They celebrated their official 90'th anniversary last year.

But by all means, if there's more shit you want to get wrong, don't let me stop you.

La Salle: French explorer known for leading an expedition down the Mississippi River,

Ponce de Leon: Spanish explorer and conquistador known for his search for the Fountain of Youth in what is now Florida.

        Hernán Cortés, the Spanish conquistador
